Comment: Can't beat the price. The only downside is they were cut a little too large. My feet seem to have a little more wiggle room maybe they are 1/2 size to big, but that's cool I like to wiggle my toes.

Comment: The boots are very well made and fit very nice but the arch of the foot has no grip so that my feet kept slipping off the pegs so I took my knife and cut some grooves in the arch area. Now they are good.

Comment: Good boot for the money. It is a rather large fit. I read reviews and but couldn't order anything lower as I am a size 7. Even with inserts I have plenty of room. I may have to go to a thicker sock. They are comfortable and materials seem to be of good quality.

Comment: Great pair of boots. They do run close to a size larger. i Had to reorder and return the first pair. I wear an 8 1/2 most of the time and had to order a 7 1/2 to get sizing right. At first it was a little snug on my right foot (that because every one has on foot longer/wider than the other) but within a couple of days they stretched out and fit like a glove. I wear these everyday to do everything. I am definitly buying a second pair.

They are a great boot! well made, look good, and sure to last a long time! and the price can't be beat! the only downfall I have found, is the center of the soul between the heel and the palm is really slick. It continously slides off my pegs of my bike. Other than that they are a great boot and well worth purchasing!!

Comment: I wear size 8D. Ordered 7 1/2. Length is ok, width is ok, but room in the boot above the foot,particularly at the arch, is so much that I can barely walk in them, too floppy. Whose foot is designed like that?

Comment: They fit great in length but were way to wide, I put in two pair of insoles and they tightened up on my feet nicely. I think they will last for a long time. For the price you can't beat them!

Comment: I wear a size 11 boot but ordered a size 10 after reading others reviews. When I got my boots they were still a little loose. I purchased some rubber insoles and placed them inside. Now they fit great. I like that the upper half is softer.

Comment: This is a great boot for the price, as proven by the other reviewers, but the mixed reviews on sizing were confusing. I first purchased size 8.5, a size smaller than my usual 9, as many reviewers suggested, and the boots were still too big. So here's what I did before returning and re-ordering. (1) I measured the length of my right foot by placing two books on the floor, one at my toe and one at my heel, and measured the distance between the books. (2) My foot measured 25 cm in length. (3) I used the chart on this boot sizing website http://www.timsboots.com/bootsize.html to determine my boot size, which was 7.5 according to the chart. (4) I returned my size 8.5 boots, reordered size 7.5, and the Jafrum boots fit perfectly. I normally wear size 9 shoes, which is why I would have never ordered the correct size without this chart. Don't guess by using your usual shoe size as a reference. Measure the length of your foot carefully and use the chart to find the right size. It may just save you the cost of return shipping. The 4.0 rating reflects a .5 reduction for unusual sizing and .5 reduction for the strong odor of the Chinese rubber soles-which will hopefully fade with time and wear.

Comment: This boot has two cool features not found in other harness boots: (1) the rounded front and (2) the lug sole. I looked at more expensive boots, but none had these two features that I wanted--a unique cross between an Engineer boot and Harness boot. After 2 weeks of wear I can say that this was a great purchase, and one that I would make again. On sizing, I normally wear size 9 and the 7.5 fits me perfectly. I'll wear this boot proudly on my Harley.

Comment: I ordered these boots and a pair of chaps. I wasn't expecting much for the price I paid, but I took a chance. WOW. The chaps are as good a quality as any I've seen for any price. The boots are great too. The boots, however, do run large in size so I had to return mine and reorder. The replacement boots fit well and look great. They are good quality. I do find the space between the heel and palm very slick and they tend to want to slid off my highway pegs. With that being said... it cost $15.00 to ship them back and an other $9.00 to have the new ones shipped so it did run the price up to almost $100.00. But I think they are a great value and a great boot. I would probably buy another pair.

Comment: This is a very good product. Heavy leather with good thick souls. They could be a little taller for riding but still a very good boot.

Comment: Great Boot for the money. But beware....they run at least a size bigger than normal. I had to send mine back and it cost shipping both ways.The sole is a little slick at first, but after wearing them a short while they scuff up and are great. I will buy another pair, but next time I will order a size smaller than I usually wear.

Comment: Looked at the boots for a long time. They went on sale, so I bought them. Delivery was good, despite back order. The other notes were correct, you should buy a size smaller. While I liked the fit, the open top kept dragging my socks down. It made them very annoying to wear. I guess I have gotten used to boots that tie or strap down for a tight fit. Other than this personal preference they seemed to be great boots.

Comment: First, these are nice boots, well made, great deal for the price, should last a long time. They do seem a little big, until you put on a warm pair of athletic sweat socks, then they're just right, maybe even a little snug. Comfortable, yeah, I can ride and hang out all day in them. But I can't do much walking. These are big boots, huge traction heels and soles, great for kicking down doors, but not for a walking tour of the French Quarter. I had some touring boots that fit like mocassins, you could walk for hours in them. With these I'll be within a few blocks of the bike, at most.

Comment: I'm glad I read all the other reviews about the sizing. I wear a size 8ee and ordered a size 7 and they fit ok. I just wished you sold double E's. I sprayed them with a little water and they've stretched out ok. I'd recommend this boots to anyone.
