Synergy 2.0 heated pant liner Review
Comment: I just love these pants. I am a very cold nature person and I could never ride with my husband when the temp dropped below 70!! Now I can...these pants keep you very warm and if you put other pants over them they really hold the heat in. Don't regret this purchase at all.
The Synergy 2.0 line offers two different pant options. They have a full pant
and a pair of chaps. In this video, we are taking a look at the pants. To see
chaps video, click the link below to go to our website.
When considering the difference between the chaps and the pants, it is important
to think about whether or not you might add the heated insoles later. The chaps
are a little bit easier to get on and off and take up just a tiny bit less room
in a saddlebag than the pants do, but they lack one key feature that the pants
have. The pants are prewired for the insoles. Now, to be clear, the insoles can
still be used with the chap or even without any heated pants at all, but you
have to purchase extra stuff. So, if you plan on adding the insoles at some
point, the pants are the better option. The pants are also going to offer a
little bit more warmth due to the full coverage aspect. The chaps don't cover
your bum or the backs of your knees. It's important to remember that neither the
synergy 2.0 pants or the chaps come with a controller. This is an effort to keep
the price down since most folks wearing heated pants are probably also wearing a
heated vest or jacket. Both of these items come with a dual Rheostat controller
so you would be covered. If you are not planning on wearing a vest or jacket, be
sure to purchase a controller, a power lead, and a leg strap with your pants or
Connecting your pants is easy. If you are using the pants by themselves simply
connect a power lead to your battery. Then, connect either a single or dual
Rheostat controller to the pants. After you have started your motorcycle, you
can connect the controller to the power lead and adjust the controller to your
desired setting. If you are wearing a vest or jacket liner, simply attach the
male plug coming out of the pant to the female plug coming out of the jacket or
vest. To connect the heated insoles, simply plug them into the leads that extend
from the bottom of each pant leg.
