I just wanted to comment on your outstanding customer service. I had 3 problems with my order due to my own mistakes and everytime I called the customer service was the best I have gotten in years. I am in the middle of moving to a new home and ordered the wrong product. Each time the people were caring and understanding. They jumped through hoops to get me what I paid for. They even helped me with sizing. What ever your company is feeding there customer service people keep it up. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. In a world gone nuts it is great to have a company that cares.

We would love to say thanks. we have made many orders with you'll. My wife loves her leather jacket #lj605 plus her denim jacket#lj211. We also bought two denim jacket one was for our granddaughter plus a leather jacket for her. We have never had any problem .Yous shipments are always fast. Your sizing chart makes ordering so easy ...by following the sizing we have never got the wrong size. Saddle bags is one of our best buy. We cannot believe the thickness of the leather. They look awes on my wife bike.When I tell my friends how much i paid for them they think i am joking. Do you'll know if you will carry the leather jacket like I bought my wife. Thinking of getting one for my granddaughter#lj605. I would also review the chaps. They are totally awes for the price plus they fit great. You'll have help us get the right gear to ride safe plus at a big saving. So thanks a million .

I would just like to tell you how pleased I have been with the things I bought from you. I ordered saddlebags about 18 months ago, the price was fantastic and they are holdng up so very well. ( My bike is parked outside, too ) Then just recently I ordered the crampbuster, and I love it! Really lets you relax your fingers while riding. I would like to thank you and the management staff at Jafrum. I have received the replacement saddlebags and they are even nicer than I anticipated. Being a Florida resident, they have gone through a few rain storms already (even though I keep them covered as much as possible) and show no signs of the rivets rusting. The quality of the pants and jacket I bought are absolutely superb!!! Probably one the best values I have gotten anywhere in a long time. I am thoroughly happy with them and have suggested these items to friends. The mesh pants and jacket are as comfortable as wearing shorts and a t-shirt on a hot summer day but with all the protection of armored riding apparel. There is no reason not to wear them because of the heat. Thanks again!

I just wanted to thank you for the really speedy delivery of my lovely motorcycle helmet. For some reason, we can't get helmets in the biggest sizes in the UK. In 34 years of biking, this is the first time that I have had a helmet that fits without being 'adapted'.

I recently bought 3 childs vest, and was very pleased at the price and time I recieved them. I have purchased 6 other vest from different places and payed much more, in todays world it is nice to know you can still buy something without paying high prices and the quality is just as good. I have my grandchildrens picutres air brushed on theses vest, I will let you know if they hold up to the job. Thanks

I just want to comment on the service and products I got from Jafrum. We were going through the internet looking for motorcycle products. My wife has a Suzuki 08 CT50, I have a 06 Vulcan 1600 Classic. I ordered some fringed gloves for myself and some long gloves and motorcycle boots for the wife. We liked the prices as we had "shopped" several other places before.

We liked being able to track our products, plus we were surprised at how quickly we received them. When we got them we were very satisfied with the actual products. We had a problem as my wife ordered wrong size gloves. So I just sent them back and the new correct size gloves are already on their way to our house. All in all we are very happy with the products received, the prices, and last but not least the service. I would and have recommended Jafrum to my other biker friends.

Things My Motorcycle Taught Me

Gentlemen, I hate to break it to you, but many of the myths that surround women are downright wrong. I am about to dispel one of those myths. (Sorry girls, I cant keep it a secret any longer.) Women spit. Yes, Boys, women can hock a lougie like nobodys business. (I personally can hurl one over ten feet if the wind is right)

Having dispelled that myth, I have a piece of advice that may (or may not) be simple and obvious to any fair motorcyclist----NEVER SPIT WITH YOUR FACE SHIELD DOWN.

I wanted to let you know that your helmet saved my life last weekend.  I purchased a Size Large from your eBay Store last Summer.  I also tried a few other manufacturers but thought that the one from Jafrum was the best value, comfort and design.  As it turned out, I was right more than I knew at the time!     

While riding on a highway last weekend, for an unknown reason I veered off the road, flipped my bike and took a header into the ground at 70 MPH.  My bike was totaled.   I have a concussion and a broken collar bone but the Emergency Room staff said my helmet saved my life and did its job.  The visor was only cracked and the rest of the helmet visually looks fine.  I am told that you should only drop a helmet one time and replace it so I assume the helmet should now be replaced. 

If it was not for the full face helmet, I most likely would not have a jaw or be missing some teeth.  Will be ordering another one of these from you for sure! 

I have had many compliments on my modular helmet and I always refer them to your store.  Now I will have an even better story to tell. 
 

I really love your products.  We have ordered leather products and helmets.  The prices are very reasonable and I tell all my biker friends to go online and order from you all instead of paying the ridiculous prices at other locations.
