on.My only disappointment,they were not the
same as pictured.Neither set of chaps I received had the braiding around the waistband.Jafrum apologized for that and said
they would update the picture.Their customer
service is quite helpful and polite.As far as
shipping,they are Johnny on the spot.

Comment: Just recieved these last night. Haven't rode in them yet. Surprised by the thick, sturdy leather. Didn't have the regular braided ones in medium so I purchased a set these and cut the fringe off. Looks just fine. Beware, they are pretty snug around the mid and upper thigh. I'm sure they'll break in with use. Recommend one size larger than you would normally get to compensate for the Z/O liner.

Comment: Great chaps very good quality a set of pockets up front you forgot to mention. I really like the gather sides on the inner thighs keeps them snug but not tight. The fringe is long but trim to your desired length. I like the length on the legs cut in sitting position on bike fit perfect now. Thanks muh guys.

Comment: unblievable quality. The fringe was stiff, but after treating with mineral oil and lubraderm they softend up and look great. I wil wear them for horseback riding.

Comment: I could not be happier with the chaps I received. First of all they were delivered timely and then more important the quality was better than I expected. I hate to see people with thin flimsy chaps so I was well pleased the zip out liner is a bonus for really cold riding. Length fit was easy to adjust and overall I couldn't be happier. Used them last weekend for early morning riding on trip to Florida and they were very comfortable as well. All I can say is good deal just waht I wanted and was hoping for.

Comment: Got these for myself. Love the fringes. Have to have them taken in at the waist though. I wear a size 2-4 pant and the XS are big in the waist. They can be taken in if I can find a leather shop to put in more grommets to lace through. Very comfy soft easy to put on and best of all they do not pull down on your waist. Sexy chaps for a lady.

Comment: These chaps are very nice, just about an inch long on me so after cutting the leg a little they are the perfect length for me. I went by the size chart and you do save yourself time and disappointment. Just a lil iffy about buying on line, but now that I see that Jafrum has everything in order, and a good selection, you can bet I wont be looking anywhere els for leather.

Comment: I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived. They are sturdy and thick and very comforable. I love the fact that you can remove the inner lining when it's a little warmer. They keep your legs nice and toasty. I bought the unisex and they fit wonderful, I am a lady rider and they looked good! Very happy with the purchase and plan to buy an extra pair. Shipping was fast too!

Comment: Quality seems good, haven't been out on the bike with them yet but for the money can't be beat. Used the sizing chart and they are a bit big so may want to size down as there is elastic to give you some room.

Comment: Let me start off by saying that the chaps in and of themselves are great. Surprisingly heavy leather, high quality stitching, zippers, and snaps. Zip out liners make them great for riding even into the 30s. Take them out and you're good into the 70s and 80s. Now the bad: the fringe. With the fringe next to the zipper I was always fighting to keep them out of the way while putting on the chaps. Took way too much time to pull aside 6 inches at a time just to do up the zippers. If it wasn't moving them aside slowing me up, I was catching my fingers in the zipper while trying to keep the fringe out of the way. I eventually got sick of it and just cut the fringe off completely. I give these chaps a 3.5 stars rating for the annoyance over the fringe but will continue to recommend Jafrum to all my buddies for the best priced, quality leather products available anywhere.

Comment: The chaps are very flashy with the braid and fringe. To get the thigh measurement to fit required getting chaps that were too big in the waist and would require more grommets to take up for a good fit. Otherwise, for the price they are worth the extra work.

Comment: Love the chaps, but when it arrived it was to big :-( I have to return it and order a new pair.

Comment: Rather than cutting to length, I used contact cement to fold the excess in and create more of a seam. Aesthetics, but that's just me. Had to rub these suckers down a few times with some saddle soap and mink oil to give them a head start in loosening up, but that's not un-typical for leather products, especially at this price point (and being manufactured in Afghanistan ... was sort of hoping there might've been some hash stashed in them somewhere, but to no avail) ... had to do some support stitching, but nothing significant. Pretty good bargain ... but if you're a guy, you better be pretty secure in yourself and be able to pull off wearing something this loud. You're gonna catch some crap or, at the very least, garner an odd look or few from others! LOL

Comment: Chaps are really nice. A bit stiff at first, but a good fit after I got the right size. Came within a week so didn't have to wait to long. I like the fact that you can take the insulation out for warmer day's. Deep pockets and the stretch panels on the inside thighs I also like.

Comment: These are a " must purchase" I ordered a size larger as suggested and they where way to big. Jafrum exchanged them. I got a size smaller then the chart and they fit very well.
