I just bought these and would like to say the fit and finish are superb. I'm 6'1, 180 and purchased a medium. Fit great with no length alteration needed. They heavy leather, with a zip out liner. Very warm. You won't be disappointed. Ordered on a Thursday, Arrived Saturday morning.

Comment: Another quality product from Jafrum, at a affordable price. Plenty of length to trim to your height. Measure thigh sitting down or on your bike to get the best measurement. Blocks the wind perfectly and very warm. Rode 50 miles up IH 35 at 70 mph in 50 degree temps without a chill.

Comment: When it says "the thickest part of your thigh" the chaps might not go up that high. The thickest part of *my* thigh is at the top so I ordered the 2XL. The 25" inch leg opening of these excellent chaps hits me a good 5-6" below the top of my leg where my leg is 23 inches around... should have ordered a L. Disappointed. Will try to sell these locally and reorder proper size. They are *extremely* nice chaps imho.

Comment: Drove 50 miles in mid 40 temperature going between 65 - 75mph, didn't even get a chill. Couldn't even feel the wind. Great product and look very well made for the price. Easy to zip on and off.

Comment: These chaps at first try seemed snug but I ordered a size larger than my measurement and guess I was a little anxious to get them on but when my wife helped me the fit and felt real well. Ought to be great when it gets cold or when I need better protection when on the highway. I'll be back for sure.

Comment: Bought these for my girlfriend with the braided leather to match the jacket. Sizing was tricky for me since guys NEVER ask (nor should) what their girlfriend's thigh circumference is. I think they should include a waist measurement, too. Great quality!

Comment: I'm 6' and 140 lbs. Medium chaps fit good over my thermals and blue jeans. Small would have been a little tight but doable. They cut the wind good and the zip out liner adds extra protection from the cold. Very satisfied with price, quality & very fast regular USPS delivery. Would recomend these chaps.

Comment: I bought these chaps to ride in cooler weather with. The insulation layer does a good job help me to stay warm. I rode in 17 degree temps to work and discovered I needed insulated pants, but these work great with temps in the 30 and upper 20's.

Comment: Always always order 2 sizes larger than it calls for. I'm having to return these chaps for a larger if your thigh measures 24 inches order an ex large. Other than that the product its self is an excellent product for the price.

Comment: Overall good quaity chaps. When they arrived finally, one of the insulation pieces was torn and the zipper would not zip correctly and spilt. After doing some work on them they are wearing and fitting great. The size was good and getting great comments on them from friends.

Comment: These chaps are perfect. The quality is top notch and the fit is great. To measure, I put on a pair of jeans that I wear to ride. Then measured around my upper thigh, loosely. Then I went one size up. I did not have to cut the bottoms as I am 6'1" and the length works out perfectly. I have been able to take advantage of riding in the Wisconsin fall season with these. Comment: I was blown away by Jafrum's shipping speed. I ordered the chaps on Monday and they arrived on Thursday with just standard shipping! I was a bit skeptical when I ordered these. I had been out to Harley and the other dealers. I also visited a local leather shop that is known all over the US for their quality leather. Everywhere I looked the best price I found for "decent" chaps was $175. A friend told me about Jafrum and I decided to look. I figured I would take a chance on these chaps. I expected them to be light weight and marginal quality. Was I surprised when they arrived!!!! These chaps are of similar quality to what I had seen at the Harley shop!!! They are lined, the zip in insulation is good. I was a bit worried about trimming them but there are a number of videos on youtube that walk you through it. Jafrum would do well to post a video of their own. You will need a good pair of scissors to trim them down. Trust me on this I broke two of my wife's scissors (don't tell her! I plan to replace them before she finds out) before I went to the garage and got my heavy shears. The fact that I broke scissor on them should indicate to the skeptics out there that this leather is thick. They perform great too! I ride through a mountain pass 2-3 times per week in the early evening and late night for my night job. The day the chaps arrived it was 50 degrees in the city and 40 in the pass. on the way home it was in the mid 20's. My legs never got cold. Today it was wet and cold. The water beads and rolls off the chaps real well. I do suggest using a leather conditioner and protectant like saddle soap it will keep the leather from getting stiff. Comment: Got this for Christmas. Looks to be a VERY GOOD PAIR OF CHAPS. Have not tried on yet to get it measured and cut to length. My inseam is only 32 inches, and there is plenty of material left for taller people. Look forward to wearing them with a new Leather Jacket, from who Jafrum?
