Comment: This vest is very well made, with liner, and an excellent buy. (60% off the prices I have seen around.) I particularly loved the side laces since, unlike me in the past, my stomach right now is a bit larger than my chest! With this vest, I could adjust the laces to fit me.

Comment: Absolutely recommended. I wear a 34 pant, ordered a 38 for room for modifications. I wear a 36 shirt, ordered a 38 for a snug fit. From my experience I think ordering 1 size large is just fine. I was a little rough on the vest, start to damage after two days with my camel back on, but unless you're doing highly active exercise it should hold up nicely.
