HOW TO DETERMINE SIZE. Please measure the thickest part of your thigh(circumference around your thigh at the thickest part) using a cloth tape measure.
Be sure to take this measurement with your jeans ON. Compare the size chart given below and go up 1 or 2 sizes to make the chaps fit more comfortably.
Comment: Ordered these for my wife she loved them-quality is good and fit well-now we have ordered another set for our daughter.
Comment: Very fast delivery and great fit after cut for my 5' 1" height. Great quality for the price.
Comment: Ordered 1 size up like everyone said & after trimming the length, they fit perfect!

Comment: I ordered these for my ten yr Grandaughter. She had outgrown the kids chaps and with these I followed the instructions on measuring and added 2 inches. They had to be trimmed and unless she sprouts up, she can wear them next year also. They are very well made.
Comment: I ordered "unisex" chaps first and even though I measured everything, they were too big. I sent them back and had to pay shipping both ways but was reimbursed for the price of the chaps. I then ordered these chaps, that look very similar but are made for women, and cost $10 more, but was VERY satisfied. I just tried them out on the bike the other day and they are great!
Comment: The chaps are great!, Fast delivery. Can't beat it for the money.
Great Chaps LC408
Comment: I had never bought from Jafrum before and am leery about ordering clothes on line. The sizing instructions are excellent, shipping great and quality of product is superior. thank you.
Love these chaps!
Comment: I have never worn chaps before, but decided to purchase a pair of these before a chilly 500-mile ride a couple of weeks ago, mid-October. Wow, what a difference! They were immediately so comfortable, and definitely helped keep me warmer. I ordered 1" up from my thigh size, as they suggested, and it was a perfect fit over my jeans. I do think the fact that these chaps are designed for women makes a difference in the niceness of the fit. I'm 5'4", and only had to cut about 1" up from the bottom of the chaps to then keep them from dragging on the floor, yet fit over my boots. The price was amazing, and the chaps arrived within 48 hours of having ordered them! I will order from this company again!
Women's Low Cut Plain Leather Chaps LC408 Review
Comment: I purchased these for my wife. I ordered them for her because she said her legs were getting cold on the rides. It has a nice lining in it unlike my chaps. The fit was dead on. She is a happy rider now.

Leather Chaps for Wife
Comment: Bought a pair for my wife for Christmas, not had a chance to wear them on the bike yet, but seemed to be good quality for the price. make sure and measure as directed, i got lucky and guessed, but a little tight in her thighs, and a little long in the leg.. hoping she can just roll them up a bit.
The LC408 chaps are constructed using 1.1 -- 1.3 mm top grain buffalo leather. This material is ever so slightly stiffer than cowhide when it's new, but breaks in nicely and is an amazing value. The LC408 chaps have a low-rise cut, and are designed specifically with a women's shape in mind. To determine your size, simply measure the upper portion of your thigh and refer to the sizing chart on the listing. Remember to measure your thigh with whatever you plan on wearing beneath the chaps to account for the thickness of the material. The fit is fairly snug so if you wear your pants with a more relaxed fit you may want to go up one or two sizes on the chart. The waist features a classically styled buckle closure and there is a lace up panel on the back for fine adjustment. There is a pocket watch style pocket on the front of the thigh that is perfect for one of those little pucks of lip goo, or your key when you're not riding. The closure features a heavy duty zipper with a cover flap to direct wind and water away from the seam. The cuffs of the chaps are unfinished and zipperless to allow the chaps to be trimmed at the bottom for a precise fit. Inside the legs of the chaps is a fixed, polyester liner that promotes mobility.
