Comment: This vest was part of a Halloween pirate costume. It looked great and provided a sturdy shoulder for the fake parrot to sit on. It's not a full-length, to the waist vest. It goes down to about the lower ribcage which actually worked very well for our costume. Quality is very good and it would certainly last for years and years.
