Comment: I had one of these years ago on my Gold Wing. I just added it to my C90. As far as I'm concerned, it should be added to all bikes. It took me less than 30 min to install & works great. It's so nice to have another free hand while cruising down the highway.
Now I can warm up my throttle hand.
Comment: On long rides my throttle hand gets cold or tired it is nice to set the throttle lock and be able to warm it up or let it rest. Great product and the ability to roll off teh throttle with t he lock engaged is a great safety feature.
Vista Motorcycle Cruise Control for Suzuki Boulevard M109R 2007
Comment: Really like the product, it was very easy to install (just had to move the break box 1/8 inch to the left) and I can finally rest my right hand during those long road trips.
Cruise Control for Victory Vega 8 Ball
Comment: I put this on my Victory Vegas 8Ball and I love it. My only complaint would be that they send you a 3mm Allen key and the heads on the screws are 3.5mm. Other than that bit of confusion on initial install, a great product that will be helping keep my throttle hand warm until I get the factory cruise control installed.
Yamaha V-Star 1300
Comment: This will not fit the 1300. The lever bar will not go over the switch housing. I verified this with the manufacturer. I will rate it 3 stars since I an unable to try it out & offer a realistic opinion. Sending back to Jafrum. Thank you, Jafrum, all my other purchases are great!
Motorcycle Cruise Control
Comment: Wouldn't fit my grips so my brother used on his yamaha 1100, he love's it said it works fine.
Motorcycle Bike Cruise Control
Comment: We bought these to try on our bikes when we went on vacation. We rode the Blue Ridge Parkway. It was a 2000 mile bike ride. It's great to be able to rest the throttle hand when riding. I wouldn't have a bike unless I put a cruise control on it now. Best thing to have on a bike. We just bought one for our son and his girlfriend for their bikes.

Will not work on a V-Star 1300
Comment: Returned it since it would not fit my bike. I confirmed with the manufacturer that my bike is one of the ones this will not work on. Rating it 3 stars since I did not get to try it out.
Best purchase I ever made for my bike!
Comment: I have ridden long distances in the past and I always ended up with a pain in my wrist. Since the purchase of this Vista Control, my rides are now much more enjoyable. It was well worth the money and it was not that expensive. Very good product and would recommend for anyone that likes to cruise.

Motorcycle Cruise Control
Comment: Guess I missed the fine print. I went and bought the correct one made for the HD bikes, which is the exact same setup just with a small bracket that hangs off of the right ride controls. It works very well, easy to install and easy to fine tune. It does take some adjustments while going up and down hills. Give a nice break to the throlttle hand.
Comment: Took less than 30 min to install on my Kawasaki Vulcan 900 custom. Better that the cramp buster that I had on. Only giving it 4 1/2 starts only cause it don't have a break leaver diingage on it.
Comment: Love this thing. It worked great on my 1100 Shadow. I had to make an adjustment for my aftermarket grips but wouldn't trade them for anything.
Universal Vista Cruise Control
Comment: For around $30 this ain't a bad deal. I put it on a 1996 Honda magna and really like it. As with most universal things it has a few things which could be refined but I would buy it again if needed.
Worked on my V Star 1300
Comment: Had to rotate unit forward to where I use my index finger to activate and flip it off. The brake lever almost hits the end of the lever enough to disengage it. Works great on the open road.

Will not work
Comment: It is a clever design and would work given the right circumstances but not on my Honda Shadow Aero. I cannot get enough clearance from the switch housing wiring to attach it. I rate a three only because I could not attach and will return it to Jafrum.
Vista Cruise Control for Honda Shadow
Comment: Really like the product, it was very easy to install (just had to move the break box 1/8 inch to the left) and I can finally rest my right hand during those long road trips. Instructions need to be more clear. It fit my Honda Shadow and I can now rest my hand when on the highway.
Worth every penny!!
Comment: Fit my 2006 Suzuki Boulevard M50 perfectly! It blends in with the right side controls. I have had people ask if it came stock on the bike. Easy to install and works like a charm!!
Good for the $
Comment: A bit of a struggle on my Honda Fury, but eventually got there. Wish there was simply 3 different sized spacers, had to cut the big one (per the directions) and it took about an hour to get it dremmelled down to the right thickness. Works nice tho - all in all, wish I had spent the money for the Brake Away, but hey, I'll enjoy that 150 buxx.
Vista Cruise Control
Comment: Great product! Easy to install. about 30-min. Speed doesn't decrease as you ride.
Vista Cruise Control
Comment: I had one of these on my old Yamaha when I bought it. I got so addicted to having the convenience that I figured I would have to find a way to install one on my 2008 Dyna when I bought it. However, I got mixed answers from several sources as to whether or not it would fit on a Harley. So, I ordered the kit for the 1 inch handle bars and hoped for the best.
The kit arrived quickly, as always, and I almost immediately went to work figuring out if I could make this work. The collar was easily fit over my grips, everything assembled well and all was looking good...except...the bracket that holds the support arm to the handle bars could not be installed as the instructions stated due to the fact that the reservoir for the front brake could not be moved aside to make room for the bracket. So, I was able to make a few modifications using a simple "L" bracket from the hardware store, and bolted the support arm directly into the control unit bracket and now all is perfect...other than the weather, which I am still waiting for to warm up!

Vista Cruise Control 1
Comment: Works great. Not too cumbersome. Great buy
Comment: Easy install, haven't used it yet, but I'm sure I will. Jafrum delivered pronto.
Comment: It went on in 30 min and works fantastic. I can now rest my hand without losing speed on interstate to work
Great Product-Easy Install
Comment: Bought this for my son's bike. He loves it. Makes riding longer distances a lot easier when you can lock the throttle and rest your hand. We previously purchased one for my wife's bike. Would definitely recommend for anyone without cruise.
Throttle lock great product
Comment: It does everything as advertised and is a very good quality product. I commute 50 miles a day on my bike and this little baby makes the miles a lot easier.
Comment: Gets a high rating for value. It does what you would expect. Installation is easy. It's not a perfect fit for my Honda Shadow but that's because the grips are after market. It does work well, though.
Vista Cruise Control Review
Comment: Easy to install and took very little "tweaking" to get the tension just right on the screws. I'm loving being able to rest my right hand. on long rides.
Best on long fairly flat stretches... not as helpful on hills.
Yamaha V-Star 650 Cruise Control
Comment: This throttle lock arrived promptly and was easy to install on my cruiser. Once installed I couldn't wait to try it. Now cruising is more enjoyable since I can rest my right hand. I also plan to install one on my Honda cruiser. It's a wonderful product and I highly recommend it. Thanks Jafrum.
will not work on harley sportster
Comment: loved the service from Jafrum, my order was here very quickly, but this product will not fit a harley sportster as the throttle assembly and the turn signal assembly will not separate to accommodate the parts that need to mount to the handle bars.

It works! Cruise Control for 2006 Honda Sahdow VT1100
Comment: This little gadget really works, and is easy to install. I put it on my 2006 Honda Sahdow VT1100 and I'm cruisin painlessly

Vista Motorcycle Cruise Control Review
Comment: Quick and easy to install. Works great! It is nice to be able to rest the right hand for a little while without spending a lot of money! Should have gotten one sooner!
Works well as a throttle lock, but poor directions
Comment: First of all, this is not a cruise control -- it is a throttle lock. It works as well as any throttle lock can, but certainly won't hold a constant speed uphill and down, nor can you set it precisely. I like the fact that you can just twist the grip to override it if you forget to disengage the thumb lever. The major negative is the lack of instructions. The limited instructions on the back of the package are not enough. Installation is not too difficult once you figure out what to do, but the instructions are pathetic. MORE DIAGRAMS are needed to help identify all the components with arbitrary names. Furthermore, there are absolutely no operating instructions. It is pretty easy to figure it out, but the manufacturer gives you absolutely no clues. It is good product for the money, but MORE INSTRUCTIONS are needed.
Comment: Très bon produit et service, je le recommande c'est vraiment un bon achat et fantastique pour se reposer ou dégourdir la main droite
Very good product and service, I recommend it really is a good buy and fantastic to rest or stretch your right hand
Comment: [" Comment: It is a clever design and would work given the right circumstances but not on my Honda Shadow Aero. I cannot get enough clearance from the switch housing wiring to attach it. I rate a three only because I could not attach and will return it to Jafrum.Tom D."] I purchased 2 years ago and thought it would not fit. This was wrong. I figured out how to install, I did it and has worked great for the last 2 years. I changed my rating to 5 stars and it is worth it.
Will this fit a 2006 kawasaki vulcan 2000 classic lt ?
A shopper on Dec 26, 2014
Best Answer:It is a universal fit cruse control, so if your Vulcan has one inch bars, and the brake and throttle assembles can be separated by 1/8 to 1/4 inch it should work fine. Bought mine for a Harley, it did not work. Throttle and break are one peace.
I still having an issue if it will fit without a mod. The SOR site shows MCUVHD, seems to bolt to switch control screw and not a bracket since I cannot move MC for handlebar bracket....2008 Dyna Low....Do you carry this model from SOR ...MCUVHD?
