Have 8-3/4 inch palm, ordered 3x, fit great, rode in 40degrees, hands stayed warm, can't complain
These gloves fit well although I can still feel the cold at the end of the ride and the temps were around 35 to 40. I'm happy though
Good price, Works good, ships quick, great customer service. Will buy from Jafrum again.
I used these gloves in a downpour. My hands stayed dry. Excellent gloves and I would defintely recommend these gloves
Great wind and water proof. Went on hour long ride in low 50's did great. Was 9 degrees and snowing so just worn them outside and to work also did great. A word of advise, what ever temp. Your hands are when they go I'm the gloves they stay that temp
I bought these gloves to replace another pair that I had worn out . I have been riding in low 30's weather and I can say without a doubt that these are the warmest gloves I own. After riding and taking them off, my hands actually have a little sweat going!! One thing though, I used the size guide provided, measured my hand and ended up buying the XXL's. I could have gotten away with one size smaller. Having said that, the material in the palm provides an excellent grip and makes up for the bigger feel which is why I did not return them for the smaller pair. Overall, best winter riding gloves I've owned.
Product looks good. Order a size up from what the sizing chart suggests. The suggested size was close but snug. A slightly loose glove is warmer than a slightly tight glove.
Purchased gloves and received them in a few days, regular shipping. Gloves worked great in mild temps, not so good in 29 degree weather for keepin hands warm, but in the pouring down rain at 50 degrees they worked great. My bike has 14" bagger apes so my hands are in the wind and rain, they worked, nuff said...
Ordered these gloves on a wednesday and they came in on a Friday just in time for my big ride on Saturday. Left out around 4am, it was 45 degrees and raining. Rode in the rain for 1-2 hours without a drop of water getting to my hands. On the return trip I was in the rain for over 3 hours and still no water. My hands stayed comfortably warm and completely dry the entire ride.
With just about any warm glove, some tactile ability with controls will be lost. These gloves aren't any worse than several pairs of $120-140 gloves I've tried on in MC stores. So I recommend these, as they are warm down into at least the 30s.
Look, fit, feel nice. I haven't had the chance to try them out in the cold yet but they sure seem to be another quality product from Jafrum.
Just received these glove's Monday and they are more than what I thought they would be. They are light warm and definitely will go up over my jacket sleeves and they will go a few inches up not just one or two which will make it nice if I have to stretch out I won't have to worry about having to stop and fix them. I don't know how they will handle the cold night's but look forward to finding out because I don't stop riding in the cold or the rain and I look forward to seeing just how rainproof they are and the way I have a black cloud follow me around (LOL) it won't take long but I will update and let you know.
The XL gloves fit well. Wore them yesterday at 38 degrees F and they kept my fingertips warm. The gauntlets keep the cold from going up your sleeves. Only complaint is they are pretty stiff in the fingers making it a little tricky to work manual blinker switch in traffic. Otherwise are quite functional. A good buy for the price.
I have renaulds, it's when the tips of fingers get white, even when it isn' t that cold. If it's lower than 50 degrees I need the best gloves i can get. These gloves work great!!!!.
I grew up in Florida and have longish skinny fingers; I am a cold weather wuss and my hands are one of the first body parts to say "I'm done here, let's get back inside."I hope that helps you put my review in perspective...I've worn these gloves when it was about 50 degrees and my hands were warm enough to not think even about them. The liner is soft and comfy, does not bunch up anywhere and the gloves go on/come off easily. The adjuster strap works well and is easy to use with gloves on. The fabric has nice grip on my bikes grips and for such warm gloves they are not bulky. The cuff is large enough to fit over my jacket easily and is not a pain in the rear to get "settled into" when getting dressed for riding. Size chart is spot on. Heck of a value for great riding gear
Bought these after reading all the reviews about cold weather and glove flexibility. I wear them with light glove liners and my fingers still get cold after about 15 minutes at mid-30's temps. Flexibility of fingers pretty good, maybe I'll try heavier liners. Rest of the aspects of the glove are perfect for cold weather.
I was looking for a pair of gloves that would keep my hands warm and dry. These fill the bill. I have Large hands with long fingers and have a hard time finding gloves. These fit well but finger length was a little snug. The gauntlet fit well over my Tour Master jacket. The gloves are slightly bulky, due to the insulation, and make working some of the controls on my GL1800 a little more difficult, but that is to be expected. Great Gloves - Nice fit, I would buy again.
These work very well down to around 25 degrees. I had leather gloves first but they are too restrictive for finger movement. These gloves are easy to move in and cut the wind perfectly. I can ride down to around 25 degrees before my fingers get cold.
I bought these gloves to the correct size of my hands because I didn't plan to use them with a liner. I tried them out this week on a cool new England evening and my hands did a little cold. It was about 50 degrees on a loop that was about 45 miles. I was hoping that they would have performed a little better, but better than what I had. Overall they are comfortable.
