Comment: I have difficulty finding gloves that fit. I used the
sizing guide provided with the gloves and these
are wonderful! They fit perfectly. They have
protective rubber and are great for the warm
Best Answer:I have be using these gloves in Florida and other areas of the south. They're very comfortable as they stretch some. I seem to have adequate grip and control with them and I want my gloves to close as snuggly as I choose, to keep out hot wind or bees....they do that well. I do find them to be warmer than my unlined ventilated leather gloves, but they also provide more hand and finger protection, so I they are still my choice to wear regularly. PLUS!~~the hot pink really breaks up the otherwise all black of my leathers and Harley! I like them and would buy the same again should the need arise--especially at the price Jafrum asks for them!
I used their measuring guide and have an 8 1/2' measurement so I went with the Large/9" glove. It fits comfortable snuggly, but my middle finger measures (from the palm-side finger crease to the tip) 3 1/4" and I do NOT have fingernails even to the tip of my fingers as I do metal work and my nails need to be SHORT. The fingertip on the glove puts pressure on that particular fingertip on both hands. If you have LONG, girl nails, they may not be comfortable in the suggested size and will probably wear through at the tips sooner than you'd like. But size exchanges are easy~~give them a try.~~And since I really didn't answer the question about cooler weather, I have to say that "cooler weather" while riding is in the low 70s and below for me at which point I go with what people up north would consider winter gloves.
I got a pair for my mom for her birthday along with a helmet and she says she loves them. I also have a pair and I live in TN where it gets pretty cold and I love my gloves the work the same hot or cold
