Comment: i have bought helmets and accessories from jafrun and always very satisfied. GMAX is the perfect helmet for me with the one hand chin ber push open mechanism,D.E.V.S dual exhaust venting system and coolmax comfort liner.becaues im claustrophoic and thats why the gmax is perfect.

Comment: Love this helmet. I first wore this helmet and swore I could feel the breeze blowing through my hair! The many air vents are a plus!! I love the sunvisor and the removable interior--just snaps in or out! I own many helmets and this one is by far the best. I drive to and from work at night and the rear light is awesome!! If I had any modifications to make on this helmet; I would make it lighter. It's not real heavy but it's not the lightest helmet either. Overall I would give it 4.5 stars, taking .5 off for the weight.

Comment: love it, vents keep it from fogging up in winter, not like my other 2 HJC ClMax's, more vents for summer riding and it pulls air into it, never had that before, sun visor works great, I could not be more pleased

Comment: Helmet does the job great. Has a wind guard under your chin, helps reduce unwanted air in your eyes. The helmet is a little on the heavy side, may take some getting use too. Sun visor works great, just make sure the helmet is the right size. Only down side is some rattle from the visor slide on the top of the helmet. Overall great helmet for the price. (Used for over 500 miles)

I was tired of using sun glasses not being able to drink my drink while riding. etc. I was also looking for a quality product . The service was great. Comment: I tried several other modular helments and they were too tight on my cheeks. Anyone that ever wore a helment that was too tight very long knows what i'm talking about. I ordered a GMaxGM54S and as usual with Jafrum the helment arrived in just a few days. I was impressed with the quality and most of all the fit. IT FIT !!! With so many companies selling motorcycle accessories on the internet today. It is so good to find a company that you can trust. Comment: The helmet was shipped in tow days and was exactly what I ordere. I would reccomend getting the double visor as the singel lens steams up pretty bad. Overall a great transaction.

Comment: It is pretty tight, and I have not been able to figure out how to adjust it. If would be nice if it came with instructions. The sun visor is great. The vents seem to work quite well, and the battery powered light on the back is a nice safety feature.

Comment: Delivery was fast, the helmet is comfortable in either warm or chilly weather, the vent system gives you alot of flexibility. Since I wear transition lenses, the flip down sun visor is a life saver!

Comment: Good Helmet. The only real issue that I think could be better is the placement of the visor lever. It should be closer to the bottom because with the face mask up you can't adjust the inner visor. Other than that, I feel like the face mask (in the down posotion) is a bit close to my chin (i.e. almost touching it).

Comment: Love my GMax helmet, the air flow is great, the sun visor is great. Very happy, and the light on the back of the helmet made it easier for others following us at night. Only change I would make is the chin strap I would really like a click latch with button relase like my other helmet.

Comment: I have hated helmets all my life, they always gave me a headache, fit very badly and in general just sucked! So I haven't worn one for the last 30 years! I bought a 2X Size GMAX and I was surprized at the great fix and how comfortable it was to wear. First helmet I liked! I like the little flasher on the back of the helmet also, nice touch.

Comment: I've had this helmet for awhile and I love it the dual visors are great. The vents work great keeps your head cool. I can feel the air flow over the top of my head and keeps me cool even in upper 70's weather. The light works good also very good at getting drivers attention. I would highly recommend this helmet to anyone.

Comment: Just got my Gmax 54s from you and was quite surprised at the quantity of options and quality of the product in general for such a good price. The amount of vents and the fact that you can control all of them is a great factor as many of us know who have been riding for over 50 years can attest to. Only my second buy from Jafrum but I'll be back.

Comment: I have had this helmet for about a week and so far.... I Love it... it fits great, has good air flow, reasonably quiet and its easy to operate vents & latches & internal visor even with gloves on..... just have to wait and see how long it lasts before falls apart but it appears to be a quality product! so far 5 stars

Comment: Nice helmet with good feel inside. Lots of ventilation and good visual opening. Love the light! On the con side, it is heavy, which isn't that big of a deal, but the sizing runs small. Get at least one size larger than needed.

Comment: Have purchased 2 of these helmets. They are comfortable and stay cool in Arizona heat. Love the built in sun shade and the LED on the back of the helmet. I've owned modular helmets for years. They are a great design. Only negative on this helmet is that some of the plastic parts feel cheap, but the cost of the helmet is low. Definitely worth buying.

Comment: I wanted a modular helmet for riding in the cooler weather. After looking at a local shop I fell in love with the fit of the 54s, search the web and found the best price was here! The local store wanted $199 I picked it up shipped for $129. I have ridden all winter in Colorado with this helmet and love it. I have a full windshield and am able to ride with the front open and not get my head jerked around.

Comment: Size chart was on the money. The helmet has lost of vents great for the summer. I have been wearing it this winter with on problems. I like the sun shade it also has a vent for shield to keep it from fogging. Over all this is a great helmet.

Comment: The fit was perfect. I wear an XL in all the helmets I've owned and the GMax GM54S fits true to sizing chart. So far the most comfortable helmet I've ever had. The construction, style and features in this helmet are way worth the $125. My Sena Bluetooth installed perfectly and the boom mic no longer is cramped between my mouth and helmet jaw unlike my other helmets. The speakers fit perfectly in the ear pockets and I can hear just fine and they aren't pressing up against my ears. The ventilation is superb and the visor does not fog up (as advertised). You buy this helmet from Jafrum (the best price on the internet) and you won't regret it. Thanks Jafrum!!!!

Comment: I just received the Helmet and it lives up to the reviews. I also have an MX Gmax that I use for my sled and DRZ, and I like it more than my Klim helmet. I have a 22 3/4 in head but chose the L over the M. There are other posts recommending going up one size and I agree. A medium according to the sizing chart would have been too tight for me. I'm looking forward to using the helmet when the temp here in Wisconsin warms up.

Comment: Ive had this helmet for about a month now in matte black. I dont ride without it. My head measured 25" so I went with the 2x because no 1x has ever fit me. Ive gotten a few compliments from people about how my helmet looks like it costs $500 and my family likes the blinking light on the back because it makes me "stand out as a motorcyclist" at night. The fit is just right - a little tight when I first got it but it broke in after about a week and now fits snugly on my forehead. If I were to need a new helmet (lets hope not) I would buy this same helmet again.

Comment: I bought two of these! One for the wife, and one for myself. They are comfortable, and with the vents stay cool. The built in sun visor is great. No need to try to fit sunglasses on under the helmet.
