Bell Star Helmet Review

Comment: I got the matte black helmet in bell star although I was a bit hesistant in spending this big amount. After reading the review of bell start helmet, it looked to me like a good choice and I was not wrong. Noise levels, even at high speeds were so good. You can also set the shield to open a bit to let the air in when you are riding at lower speeds. Air flow is excellent. Helmet is very comfortable for my head. Great asset to have as long as I don't drop the helmet as I read somewhere that once you drop a helmet or get into an accident you would need to replace your helmet no matter how expensive it is.

Bell Star Helmet

Comment: Ordered 2xl and it fit perfect when I got it but got a little loose after broke in so be careful when selecting size, but other than that I love this helmet as much as my bike.

Good warm weather helmet

Comment: It's a good helmet in warm weather. The gates that block incoming air at the top of the helmet in the front rattle and don't completely stop the airflow. The vents in the rear of the helmet allow a cold draft at the back of my skull. The anti-fog doesn't work well at very slow speeds (Houston rush hour). At slow speed in misty weather I have to choose between a fogged shield or misting the inside of the shield. A good warm weather helmet.
