Comment: I recieved the chrome Skid Lid helmet in a timely maner. I am very happy with the helmet, and the chrome color is way cooler in this 100+ weather than my black one.

Comment: I like the look of the older skid lid helmets. This one sits a little taller than I like but if its safe thats what matters. Also there is no snap for the chin strap after you tighten it to your head. Be sure to tuck it in.

Comment: This is my third skid lid first one had the flames. Got ran off the road flipped over the bars and the lid was the first thing to hit the stones took the hit and saved my brain. Then I got gloss black wear it a lot too. I got the chrome one because I got so much chrome on the bike . I love the chrome it looks good feels great and people always say how cool it is . I feel like I get seen better as well you can't go wrong with Skid Lid it looks good it's DOT.

Comment: Great helmet at a great price. I received the gloss black as a gift. I liked it so much I bought this chrome one as a gift too. It is lightweight, comfortable and sits low on your head and it looks great. I ordered this helmet on Thursday night and received it Saturday at lunch time, nuff said about shipping. This helmet does not have a snap for the chin strap to keep it from flying around. I plan to have a piece of velcro sewn on the strap to keep it in place. NICE HELMET, LOOKS SHARP, EXCELLENT SHIPPING. The live chat is a big help if you have any questions, worked well for me.
