Comment: Vega brand fits my egg-shaped head better than other brands. Dealing with Jafrum was EZ.

Comment: This was a good helmet for the price. It fits snugly and comfortably. All the main features seem well made. You have to break in the internal (dark) visor. The lever on the outside is very stiff to begin with and requires some pulling down on the inside to assist. After a while it will break in so that you can just use the lever. If you are new to buying a helmet, Full face helmets go on snugly. Pull it down using the straps and pull out slightly as you do it. This will open the space a bit more for your head. Over all, a great helmet.

Comment: It did not fit my 32CM size XS head. It was a bit too big, and the chin strap rubs on my neck. Right where the D rings are :( so I must return it or something... All in all its a good helmet though. Love the inside drop down sun visor.

Comment: Fantastic helmet! Great price! I love the drop down sun visor! And if the visor is not dark enough for you, you can still get sunglasses on underneath the visor. Vents work well. An excellent all around helmet!

Comment: Easy shopping experience. Good helmet. Clear visor lets in a little air when you turn your head, but other than than that. It s a very good helmet for the $$. Much better than I expected. Was looking for a full face helmet for winter and find myself wearing it all the time now. Love the built in sun visor!

Comment: Sizing chart: L= works great for my 23" Charlie Brown head...HOWEVER, "Hi-Visibility Yellow" (as stated), it is NOT. It is, in fact, the Hi-Vis LIME color (flourescent chartreuse) and will not match your hi-vis yellow accessories! Fashion divas: be advised! All in all, love the helmet & drop-down sunshield. I'll just have to get more hi-vis LIME accessories!

Comment: First time ordering from Jafrum, will order again! Fast shipping. Great helmet, snug fit, love the drop down visor. You don't have to change if riding at night or day. A little noisy with all the vents open but, can live with.

Comment: I took the time to read the reviews on this helment. My bro down in fld. sent me a helment that although it was used, It reminded me that I needed a new Lid. Been riding since I was a kid, always with a helment. I bought the helmet on this site, It a very fair price, I got mine in flat black, The picture doesnt do the helmet justice. One of the very best option of it is the sun shield that come down from inside the helmet. dont have to buy a helmet shield, only thing knowing this is cheaper helmet, I just hope this feature doesnt break. It kinda give you that Jet Fighter look.

Comment: Helmet was all it was suppose to be. Love the built in visor. Great price. Only complaint and this has nothing to do with Jafrum but with Vega. All over the box it says in big bold letters "READ THE OWNERS MANUAL" No manual in box, contacted Vega there is NO MANUAL. Had questions about detachable chin piece. Vega acted as if they had no idea what I was talking about and wanted me to take pictures. Never answered them and just sucked it up. Jafrum was great.

Comment: This is my first helmet for my first bike so my experience with helmets is limited, but I have to say I love this helmet. Great construction and the vents allow enough air to pass through to keep me cool even in this Florida heat. Also has a comfortable fit on the inside. A must buy for this price!

Comment: Good price, super prompt shipping. Helmet is just as advertised, very comfortable and not too loud. However on muggy days the visor does tend to fog up some. I'm really satisfied with my purchase.

Comment: I bought the next size up as several reviews stated these helmets fit tighter then normal. I am at the middle of the large size range and ordered an extra lage. It's a tad loose but not excessively. I bought this helmet as a second helmet for my second bike. It should fit most everyone in the large to extra large range that ride my second bike. Looks very good and the visors operate perfectly. It is not a High dollar Kevlar helmat and won't perform like one. It is a good solid helmet for the price and WAY FAR BETTER then wearing NO HELMET!!!! That stated, it is comortable, fairly light weight, aerodynamic, good ventalation and $49.99. What's not to like?

Comment: not bad helmet for the price. compared to my scorpion exo400 it seems a bit lighter and the drop down sun shield is nice. It has more wind noise and the shield is prone to fog in cool weather.

Comment: I purchased this helmet for my boyfriend. He is new to riding and this is his first helmet. Until now, he had been using a friend's Shoei helmet. I was concerned that this one would not meet his expectations after using such a pricey name brand - but he has been very happy with it. He says the wind noise is comparible to the Shoei and ventilation is great. We live in AZ and the days were still in the high 90s when he first started using this product so he can speak to ventilation. The chin guard helps w the wind noise. Make sure to use the fitting chart. He wears a 7 1/4 hat and the L is snug. He can't even wear sunglasses w the helmet, but doesn't need to thanks to the sunsheild. Shield moves up and down easily. He loves this feature. Jafrum shipped quickly and the helmet was packaged well. He is very happy with this as a first helmet. I know we will buy Vega again and it will be through Jafrum.

Comment: Bought a backup helmet for myself and one for my wife, both in Hi-Viz yellow. As another reviewer noted, they are not really yellow but lime green. These are very nice helmets for the price. Mine fit well, but the one I ordered for my wife was a little large. Jafrum helped us resolve this in short order with an exchange. I would have given the helmet 5 stars, but there are a few bothersome details. The built-in sunshield is very hard to actuate--feels like the handle is going to break. The chin strap snap retainer is difficult to get snapped. The under-helmet chin air protector will not stay in. Still, a very good helmet for the price.

We were very pleased with them they look much better than the picture.We thought they were a great buy a$49.00 each. Comment: I had previously purchased a hi-visibility (yellow) model of this helmet for night driving. I like it so much I just purchased a silver one for day riding. Great value and price.

Comment: Arrived very quickly. I wear a 61-62 size hat, ordered the XL, fit is snug enough to move my scalp but is not too tight. Feels like I'll be able to wear it all day. As others said, sunshield lever feels cheap but it works fine. The hi-viz yellow is true to colour and matches my tourmaster epic hi-viz yellow jacket perfectly. Haven't ridden with the helmet yet so can't comment there.

Comment: I bought a large white helmet and a medium black helmet and they both are perfectly sized. The measurements are accurate. They are even better looking in person than they are on the web site. very comfortable and loved the sun visor feature the best.Well worth the money ..best price ever!!!! Also the customer service was great. When opening the black helmet one vent was missing and II found it inside the fleece bag.When I tried the helmet one both side vents came off so i glued them all back on.The white helmet vents seemed to be made with a different material and the vents were perfect. The black helmet's vents were plastic.Overall l i am more than satisfied.

Comment: I bought this helmet for my daughter. Her father got her a helmet with no face shield of any kind and that just didn't cut it. I got her this one and it's great. It's secure, fits well, even has a chin guard that keeps rocks and debris out. I love this helmet for my little girl and she loves it for the built in sun shield.

Comment: I ordered based on my hat size. Is a little snug but great for the price. I'm sure it will loosen up a little as I wear it. Took it out for a ride. Hit 100 mph and no wind noise as others noted. Great airflow with vents open. Color high vis yellow is yellow not lime like another said. Looks like a highlighter!!!

Comment: This helmet is just OK. Great for the price. The sunshade is amazing. That's the best feature. Wind does blow up from your shin and hits your nose and eyes. The helmet doesn't align with my ears well. Could be just me. The chin strap is a little long and catches on my jacket. Very well ventilated. Still good hat for the price.

Comment: I ordered the hi-viz yellow, and I would say that it is more of a yellow-green color which is fine for me. I feel like it runs pretty true to size as well. The only downfalls of this helmet are that it is noisy, and it gets a weird updraft that pulls it up a bit when you go over 50mph. Those two things are more of a slight nuisance than a major problem. You can't beat the price of this helmet! It is quite good quality for the inexpensive price tag.
