Comment: Just purchased the jacket... WOW... the fit was perfect... I'm 6'3" 270#... Although I was reluctant to order clothing online I used the sizing suggestions... Could'nt have been better..! Comment: Bought one of these from Jafrum about 6 years ago, added some custom artwork and still to this day it looks great and I'm fully confident it will protect me should I ever lay it down! Great product well worth twice the money! Sizes run a bit small though I'd order one size up from your normal.

Comment: It weighs a ton and came stiff as a board, but with liberal applications of leather conditioner and mink oil, it's softening up. It's warm, no air leaks, and I have full confidence it would take quite a bit of punishment before tearing or abrading, even in a spill.

The zip-out lining is a bit light and is only a vest - no complaints on this, just an FYI.

I was afraid of mismatching of size very much but in my opinion putting scale of leters (S, L, XL etc.) is much better than scale of numbers. It seems to me that if I choose "number" (42, 44) I could choose wrong size... So don't worry and buy it, the price is the best. This one always will be in fashion :-)

Comment: I had to get this when regular MJ400 was a bit short in the sleeves but fit fine in the body. This was very well made, and an excellent deal. I particularly like Jafrum because their products like their vests and jackets have laces on the sides to accomodate my "six-pack abs" (from drinking too many six packs!) This is a very sharp and thoughtful feature!

Less than a week, and I had it. By the size chart, I figured I needed a 4XL, but got the 5XL anyway. Hey, who says less is more? I'm glad I did! I am tall (6' 5") and the sleeves are just right. I am also a 46" waist, and I would not have been happy with less space around the middle. Overall, the 5XL (i.e. one size up) works well for me in both sleeve length and space around the middle. But the quality! you could make shoes out of this leather, it's that tough and thinck. Good quality, heavy duty zips. Pocket layout is good too. Thanks Jafrum!

Comment: It was a tossup - should I believe the sizing charts or the buyer comments that say to go a size larger. Should have listened to the buyers. I am 6'4" and 250 lbs. The XXL was too tight. Had to reorder the 3XL. That one fits great and I am very pleased with the quality. Can't beat it for the price!

Comment: Great Jacket, great fit, fantastic style for the price. Sleeves are a bit short only when ridding. I do have that problem with anything I wear as I am 6'06' and have basketball player arms. Nothing you can do about that and I am not compromising the great fit for longer sleeves.

Comment: I've got nothing bad to say about this jacket. Its comfortable and looks great. Its easy to put on and gives a real feel of protection as you ride. The other day I was bucking a 45mph Kansas crosswind and would have felt unprotected in anything else. Make sure and order a size bigger. I did just that, and it fits me like a glove!

I normally wear a 2X but ordered a 3x as I am 6 ft 6 inches and weigh around 260, jacket fits perfect.... Its thick leather and was very stiff but after I wiped it down with some liquid mink oil a couple times its now perfect..... Highly recommend

Comment: I had an "old school" leather jacket from the mid-70's that finallly wore out. I thought I'd never find a jacket as good. I was wrong. This is the real deal. Bought 1 size up and glad I did - I have an 80" wingspan on a 6'3 frame--- the tall 2XL is a perfect fit!! It's thick, lined and has real zippers. Definetely reccomended!!!

It fits well and seems well made of heavy leather and well insulated. I wore it to work on my bike this am and it was 29 and was adequately warm. It looks good. Be sure to order a size or two larger than you usually wear for the best fit. I usually wear a 44 or 46 coat and ordered the XL and am glad that I did. great jacket

Comment: Jacket is perfect fit. Order 1 size up. Zippers are good quality, Leather gets a little thin in some places but looks great. Eyelets, buckle' and side laces are junk, but I replaced my eyelets with nickle grommets, replaced side laces with quater inch oil soaked leather thongs, and replaced the buckle with a fairly large Tiger eye western belt buckle. The jacket is now a one of a kind and gets loads of compliments.

Comment: I did a bit of research on tall classic cycle jackets and landed on this one because of the price, and based on the reviews it really did seem to be a TALL.. The reviews also recommend ordering up at least one size. I ordered 2 sizes larger because I'm a big boy (6'7" 350+) and I generally can use the extra room. I'm glad I did, because even the 5x is a bit tight in the belly area when zipped. Otherwise, the sizing is awesome! The sleeves are long enough, the waist is long enough, and the shoulders fit great. The tightness in the belly is a good incentive for me to lose some weight :). The good news is that you can loosen it a little bit with the side laces. If the sizing wasn't so wacko, I'd give this jacket a full five-star rating. A great jacket for an outstanding price.
