Killer Queen is a graphic theme found on a motorcycle helmet and jacket combo for the ladies. Not just any ladies, though. These are the "I can open my own door, thank you very much" kind of ladies. When you get to the end of the treacherous mountain pass, these ladies are at the finish waiting for the rest of the crew, not the other way around. This graphic package is as bright and bold as the ladies that wear it.The Killer queen armored hoody is a very unique blend of biker chic and serious functionality. From a distance it's just an embroidered hoodie but this thing is actually a very capable piece of motorcycle apparel. Don't get me wrong, this hoodie's cotton poly blend frame isn't going to hold up to a high speed slide down the highway like an 800 denier fabric, but its combination of CE approved armor and other

rider friendly features definitely make this jacket worth a look.

This hoodie features a high quality YKK zipper for the main closure and each of the hand warmer pockets. The waist has these stretchy zippered expanders for a more customizable fit and the sleeves have this popular thumb-hole feature. These don't do much for you on a regular sweater. They're more of a style cue. But, in a riding environment they are actually fairly useful. They keep your sleeves from riding up when you extend your arms toward the handlebars. I thought I had seen it all when Speed and Strength started putting CE approved back pads in mesh jackets. Now, they're putting them in sweatshirts. Yep. In addition to the CE rated armor in the elbows and shoulders, this hoody has a back

pad; a CE approved back pad. And, they have done it for under a hundred and ten bucks.

A medium grade casual hoodie from some premium brands can cost this much. What can I say? Speed and Strength

seems to be into breaking the rules and this armored hoody should definitely earn them some street cred.
