Comment: I wore this in the freezing rain with a underarmor shirt and stayed dry and warm. The jacket is extremely adjustable and I was able to get a great fit despite being oddly sized. The jacket is comfortable to wear on the bike I barely notice it other than how warm I was. I completely recommend it. The sizes according to the chart are good.
