Teardrop Motorcycle Saddlebags.
The Teardrop Motorcycle Saddlebags are from Inspire and can be purchased plain or with stud accents. They measure 20Lx11.5Hx6.5D, have an adjustable yoke and can be used either as a throw-over or as a bolt on. These bags are waterproof. In addition, they also feature a hook-and-loop system that will also help to keep the rain out. These boast nice rigid hard case shell construction, and they will hold their shape whether they are filled or empty. Although they look like they are crafted out of fine leather, these teardrop-shaped beauties are actually made from a more durable PVC material. Teardrop Motorcycle Saddlebags Sizing Instructions
Measure distance horizontally from the edge of the rear turn signal to where the passenger would be aligned on the seat. Next, measure the distance vertically from the exhaust pipe to approximately two inches below the top of the rear fender. *Please remember to allow at least one inch clearance between the bottom of the saddlebag and the exhaust pipe. This will prevent the saddlebag from being damaged by touching the exhaust pipe.
Throw Over Mounting Instructions
Generally, to install throw-over saddlebags to your bike, you would need to remove the passenger seat. You would then ensure that the hook and loop connectors are firmly pressed together and secure bonding the two bags. To ensure additional stability, use the strap at the top of one saddlebag and thread through the double d-ring on the other saddlebag. Place the saddlebags on the top of your bike and adjust to how you want the bags to sit. After this is complete, re-install your passenger seat back on the bike. There are additional straps on the bottom of the saddlebags for added security and stability as well.
Hard Mounting Instructions
Visually align saddlebags to your bike (you make need a second pair of hands) to give a general idea of where bags should be placed. Attach your barrel bolts and washers to the bags and attach saddlebags to your bike with the fender bolts.

Looked these over when I got them, arrived early, box was tore up on one end, but the bags were perfect inside. I was VERY pleased with them, well built, heavy duty. Well worth the price. Well, I jumped on line to Jafrum and what do you know, they were on sale for $50 less than I just paid for them! I sent a message to Jafrum about that and would you believe they refunded me the $50 ! They let me have the sale price! AWESOME PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH! THANKS JAFRUM!
These are 1000 better than in picture; loved them, came in record time, fit perfect to my Suzuki Intruder, they are so sweetttt. What a deal, unbelievable how much they cost and how fabulous they look. They are so awesome. Bought the ones with studs, glad I did, match perfect.
The product looks good.
Arrived 10 days after ordering to Canada. only took about 30 min. to bolt on. I premade custom brackets out of aluminum and they were ready when the bags got here. I went custom brackets so I can install them easily on both my bikes. I have a Kawi vn2000 and a triumph America. they look awesome on both bikes. Only drawback I can see is the hard wall isn't as study as it could be. I am going to make a aluminum plate for the inside to remedy it. For the price it is a hell of a deal.
I have ordered from Jafrum a few times now and the shipping is fast and the products are made vary well. T he teardrop saddle bags are really nice I have not put them on my Honda shadow spirit yet but I hope they fit, but the bags are really nice and seem like they will hold up well and look really nice and you cant beat the price.
Mounted on Suzuki boulevard 2007 c90T Talked to a few Suzuki owners at this years Biketoberfest and they could not believe that these bags an the toolkit were only 90 bucks. It seems a lot of other people are having the same problem I had with the original bags (top shrinks and comes apart. I did not use the over fender strap as I already had the support frames from original. drilled 2 holes each and mounted perfectly. these hold up in the rain pretty well. and look great. Only 1 thing can be improved I think and that is the closing snaps Got in a hurry and ripped one right off. Wish I could buy spares Oh well Otherwise I really like these large bags. thanks JA
I purchased these bag on line and they arrived very quickly. Just a couple of days. installation was quick and easy . I would have like to see some kind of hook where you could maybe zip tie the bag to the support bracket. other then that I love them . They look great and hold their shape.
I bought these bags several months ago. They were not a direct fit with the Easy Brackets for my bike. Not a big deal. A couple of drilled holes later and I had them mounted. They look great and I do enjoy that they are fairly firm so I don't have to worry about them drooping or falling into themselves like the old leather bags. The only issue I have had is with the velcro that holds the flaps down in the front and rear. They are held on by small plastic rivets. Already, I have lost attachment of one of those velcro straps. I guess I will have to reattach it with something more substantial. Otherwise, I am happy with what I got for the money.
Love the bags but what are the straps on the bottom of each bag for?
I have a Honda 1300 vtx these are a little to big for this bike I had to take off the tail light assembly and put on the led strip tail light package
These are great bags. They were a little challenge to mount on my Victory Hammer but then again they weren't supposed to fit to begin with. They are nice looking and very rigid design. Lots of room and good looking. The only complaint I have is that there are four mounting holes on the back for mounting but when you mount the bags it leaves one hole exposed thereby negating the waterproofness of the bag. A trip to the hardware store to purchase a couple of grommets and problem solved. Overall you can't beat the value of these bags. I was hoping for something that looked decent, instead I got great looking bags. Thanks Jafrum.
Not a DIRECT fit. Had to drill one hole in bags to line up with mount points on rear fender but not a problem. Look SUPERB on my bike. A quality product indeed.
These bags a pretty good bags for the money. They did come with mounting hardware wich I didn't expect and I did gard mount them on my 03 Vulcan 1500 they look good and fit good, I had to get longer bolts to get around my shock but that was easy
