Great saddlebags for Suzuki 800
Comment: Great value, lots of room and features. Like the outside pockets. Good solid material. Had to shorten up the center to get the height right for my Suzuki 800, both pipes on one side. Managed to get 2 inches of clearance for air flow. I will be back again for some cold weather gear in the fall.
Better saddlebags than $350 W&M
Comment: Got the smaller sister to this bag. Don't see it on here anymore but if this one is like the ones I just got, you'll be very happy with the purchase. Quick shipping (ordered on Fri. and got on the following Tue.). Bag is rigid with a hard plastic wall. Inner pockets and a cover is nice. Mine has zippers and also came with locks. It didn't say they would but it was a nice surprise. You won't find this style of bag for the same price someplace else. A buddy of mine ordered W&M bags for about $350.00. Mine look better!
Comment: Really enjoy the outside pockets plus inside compartments. Have taken a 4 day trip to Memphis for 2 and had sufficient room in them. Like the zip off yoke for quick removal. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for great bags.

Leather Saddlebags with Studs
Comment: I love these bags, I hate the strings used to tie them to the bars. In fact I'm changing them and using a heavier strap.
Saddlebags for 03 V-Star 1100
Comment: The bags are just as pictured and the quality is even better, nice fit for my 03 v-star 1100!
These bags are large so measure !
Comment: I really liked hese bags, too bad they are too big for my bike. I just received them and will be sending them back this week. I ride a 1400 Suzuki Intruder and although the bags would sit up against a passengers foot, the top is blocked from opening due to my turning lights. Measure your bike!!
Comment: Awesome bags for the price, I had given up buying any because of the cost untill I found these! They fit my boulevard perfect after some adjustment, plenty of room and I really like the extra exterior pockets! Great for smaller items!
Saddlebags for Roadliner
Comment: The main compartments have plenty of room. I love the side and back smaller compartments. They are easy to access and are ideal for getting small purchases home. They also are a great place to carry cell phones, glasses, snacks, etc. Plus, they look fantastic on my Roadliner. The perfect bags for the largest of cruisers.
Saddlebags for 2012 Triumph America
Comment: I bought this for my 2012 Triumph America and it fit good. I was caught in the rain and it kept my papers and gear dry. So far had it for a month and they are worth the money. Need better straps for the bags.
Quality for Unbeatable Price
Comment: I bought these for my husband as a Christmas gift and can't wait for him to open them. They are perfect, great size and quality for the unbeatable price.
Saddlebags for Suzuki 800
Comment: Love the look and capacity of these bags. Had to shorten center throw-over strap to fit my Suzuki 800. Bought these bags under the grouping "Water Proof" Not at all. First rain bags leaked (My jacket and vest were both very wet) and material sucked up water like a sponge. Still am happy with the bags. Will dry out bags and waterproof myself.
Comment: These bags really are nicer than the picture. They are top quality and look way more expensive then they are. Large with lots of room. They arrived fast also. I have ordered from Jafrum in the past and I have always been impressed.

Not Too Bad
Comment: Good looking sadlebags, plenty of room, easy to access, but expect to do some work to get them installed, may depend on the motorcycle & type of seats you have. I have Mustang seats, had a hell of a time trying to get my seat remounted
Comment: This Saddlebag is not just a great side bags but really beautiful. A lot of space and looks and feel just like leather.
Delivery was unreal fast. I paid on Sunday and it was delivered wed morning.
Buy this saddlebag without any concern.
I will recommend this seller to all my friends.
2003 Suzuki Volusia VL800
Comment: I ordered these bags and I love them, but unfortunately it won't fit if you have a sissy bar. The york was too big. So instead of returning them I took them to a cobbler and had it modified. Installed them with easy brackets and they look great. Price of the bags, modification and the easy brackets, I'm still ahead of the game. Thank You.

Saddlebag for Sportster
Comment: Great bags for the price. A bit large on my sportster, they just barely fit with the backrest in place, but I did want roomier bags and I got that with these. Great product for the price. Would have been nice if they had 4 tie down points instead of only 2.
East SF bay area
Measure where the yoke sits!
Comment: I bought these bags, which are great, but, the yoke was way to big for the fender. The area between the back of the front seat and where the rear seat bracket only allowed 7 inches..this yoke was about 10 inches, plus wouldn't fit over the sissy bar yoke without having to be cut to fit. So when you measure for saddlebags, be sure to measure the yoke area too. If you noticed, they don't tell you this in their 'how to measure' page, and the description of the bags don't include the measurement of the yokes either. Really wanted to use these bags, but, can't put square peg in round hole.

Saddlebags for 2000 Suzuki intruder 1500
Comment: Bought these for my 2000 Suzuki intruder 1500, these are the perfect size, you have to tie them tight to keep them off the pipes, thinking about attaching them to the dike, because of their size I had to remove back rest
Great SaddleBags For Harley Davidson FXRS

Saddlebags for V Star 1300
Comment: I am so happy I got these! They are big, look good on my V Star 1300, and have all the bells and whistles. They were very easy to put on without any modification. They got here so fast, I have already ordered more from this site, and am looking forward to using the new gear.
Comment: Recieved these bags today and was pleasantly suprised. They are well made and better looking than the pictures show. Unfortunantly will need to return as they are too big for my VStar with the back rest and luggage rack attached. This was my first experiance with Jafrum and I will continue to purchace from them. (I've already ordered new bags). No hassle and quick delivery. I'm sure when I return these, it will be as smooth

Saddlebags for Honda VTX 1300c
Comment: These bags were exactly what I was looking for...they fix my honda VTX 1300c perfectly.
Awesome bags for my Shadow
Comment: I absolutely love these bags! I really like the fact that I can lock them since I do alot of traveling. I didnt even know they locked till I got them. They were a bit hard to get the seat back on over them..I had to lift the front seat and slide the yoke just a bit up under it. It did take my son and I both to get the back seat locked in and pulled back far enough to bolt back down but it is doable. I am very happy with these bags and would highly recommend them to anyone!
Best Answer:I would suggest purchasing the brackets. The brackets hold the bags a lot better more secure too. Dont know about being water proof we have not been caught in the rain. I understand they with stand a good down pour and keep things inside dry. The one thing I would also suggest is make sure you do the measuring you dont want the bags to be rubbing against your tail pipes. We had this problem but we changed tail pipes for other reasons and solved the problem. The extra pockets are really nice. They are huge... not small at all
these bags are large so you will be holding more weight ,i used them on my '03 lowrider with supports worked great ,traded the '03 and took the bags off and put them on my '07 fat boy,and you will need supports to keep them out of the wheel ,and brake assembly etc .bags work well and look good . As for " water proof" no... water resistant yes , main compartments do a good job of keeping stuff dry . Great for the price !
Put a set of these on my Road Star and they work great. I can't honestly say that they are water "proof"; but I've ridden in all kinds of weather and it takes a monsoon flood for them to leak any at all. Very little water will get in the main compartment of the bag. They are a roomy, stylish and cost efficient bag that works better for me than any bag I've tried. Hope this answers any questions you had.
They have worked great on my 06 Vulcan with stock seat. I did have to cinch them up some. I bought a Corbin seat and had do modify them to fit. The back of the bags are hard plastic and rest well against bike parts. They have proven to be waterproof. We have been caught in the rain several times and nothing got wet. Best thing is when they get wet and dirty just wipe them down and they shine like New.
These are great bags, invest in some waterproof spray makes them the best, i would suggest the brackets. I don't have them and with the wide yoke i had to remove my backrest, plus because of the size they are about a 1/4 inch above my pipe, they look great on my 1500 intruder
Best Answer:good day, I untied the bags took the seat off, sat the bags in the place I want them, then lined up at least one hole, then I punched new holes thru both flaps of leather to create new stitch holes, restitched them and put the seat back on, before I secured the seat, I cut away a small amount of the overlap that wuld show from under the seat, very very happy with the bags, I have travelled from west coast to Sturgis twice this summer and bags are great shape, dry inside. great purchase I have to say
Of course you will need saddle bag supports. Second of all I installed mine on a 2004 Suzuki Intruder 1500 that has only 1 exhaust pipe and I have the strap that goes across the back fender in the last holes as far as you can tighten them. If you have 2 exhaust pipes I am afraid they will touch your pipes too easily even if you have them adjusted them as far as you can.
I had a similar problem with my C50T. I cut off the the extra leather and mounted it to a metal plate I bolted to the frame. Raising the bags to just under the seat level. It has worked like a charm. The only problem might be if you want to remove them for some reason as then youd have to remove the metal plate and bag by removing the nuts and bolts.
I would suggest getting the hard mounting bracket for them, i have a 1500 intruder and they are about a 1/8 off my pipes, with the brackets you can adjust the way yoou want them to sit, hopw this helps
Thanks everyone for the responses. After some research I'm going with the Willie and Max hard mount kit. I love these bags and the classic look they give my V-Star Classic. This mounting kit is perfect for the application.
Best Answer:I'm not sure but I dont think they had changed much from 01 to 04. I love them though. not so good in the rain. they will get a little wet inside but lots of storage and well built. I'm not too worried about them loosing shape any time soon.
We do not have bike specific information for these bags. You would have to measure to see if they would fit. Turn signals to back of driver seat for length. Top of fender down to 2 inches above the exhaust for height.
I have a Honda VTX 1300 c. It's a little big for my bike with stock pipes. It doesn't touch the exhaust but it's close especially when full. I will be upgrading my pipes this winter after that I shouldnt have any issues.
The SD 4085 is a very large size, multi pocket saddlebag that is constructed
out of PVC; a strong, yet cost effective alternative to leather. These bags
measure 19 x 12 x 7 inches and will work best on larger cruisers. The lids have
a unique shape and are adorned with these textured metal studs. These saddlebags
can be installed by simply laying the saddlebag yoke across the rear fender.
Make sure to keep an inch or two of clearance between any saddle bag and your
exhaust system. While these bags are equipped with a heat resistant panel on the
bottom, maintaining clearance will prevent the contents of your bags from
getting damaged. Once you have set the height, you can reinstall your seat and
secure the bags to your saddlebag supports with these cords. The heavy duty,
reinforced panel on the rear of the bag allows for bolt on mounting as well. You
will need a motorcycle specific mounting system like
Saddleman's S4 Quick disconnect kit, and a universal saddlebag support
bracket kit. These bags are very easy to remove by unfastening this hook and
loop strip and unzipping the hidden zipper. These long shackle locks are
included as a theft deterrent but I wouldn't ride with these installed because
they can scratch your paint or your fender strut. The exterior of each bag is
equipped with two pockets for easy access to smaller items. The bags are held
closed by these lockable quick release buckles that are hidden beneath these
classic looking ones. Opening the bag, reveals this snap down element barrier
and these low profile pockets on the inside walls of the bag. So, if you're
looking for an easy to install, gigantic set of saddlebags with all the bells
and whistles, look no further than the SD4085's.
