Big Sissy Bar Bags
Comment: They are bigger than I expected, but should be plenty big enough for all our gear. Have not had a chance to use them yet, but came quick and look great!

Comment: We just got my husband's Duece 3 months ago and he wanted bags for it. He came across these bags and saved it to my favorites. I surprised him for Christmas and he is thrilled with them. The way that they disassemble and the smaller bags become backpacks is awesome. They look good and it makes him even happier to ride his bike since he can carry things and not worry about where he's going to put them. Delivery was quick, even in the middle of the holidays.
Thank you Jafrum. We are both very pleased and will be checking for future needs and wants with your site first :)

Comment: I found the set to reveal excellent workmanship and design quality. They blend nicely with the leather seats, bags and assorted leather accessories on my Star 1100 Silverado. I suggest a luggage rack behind the sissy bar because I tour cross country and suspect that I'll be schlepping quite a bit of weight in these bags. I question whether the strap that attaches the set to the sissy bar would be up to supporting such a burden over the long haul without some additional support underneath. Incidentally, they arrived with a tag attached to the set's carrying handle that revealed an MSRP of $349. Quite a deal if they prove to withstand the rigors of loaded touring.

Comment: Haven't purchased yet. Will be buying a new Dyna Superglide and mounting Corbin hard bags and studded seat. Have been searching the net for the best travel bags, and after 5 days of that, these are my choice. Why? The outstanding versatility (either bag alone or both), the top-loading feature, the huge capacity, and the outstanding reviews. The only thing lacking is a rain cover, but a 99 cent black large garbage bag will handle that nicely (when the hell do we ride in the rain? Not worried about that and I live in Lacey, WA where it is ALWAYS drizzling or ready to).

Comment: Loved it. Took a trip to N.C. mountains, able to put all stuff in for 4 days. Can take off pieces to make smaller or just take a piece inside. It does however take a bungie cord to help keep it from moving in the wind but lookes great and I love it.
A must for your motorcycle!!!! Very Manly....
Comment: I bought the Sissy Bar Bag for a birthday gift for my boyfriend as he is looking to travel this summer. It was shipped to me within the week and I must say it is top quality and style. So happy with this purchase. It is well worth the money. A motorcycle must!!! It comes with a rain cover.

Comment: Nice bags but the zipper side bags r hard to put on. My opinion is they are not so user friendly. But, they are doable. I would pick another bag if I could.

Comment: prompt delivery, good quality, just as described, cant wait to try them out on the road
Great product super price!
Comment: I just got this luggage 2 weeks ago because I planned on a short overnight ride.
There was plenty of room for all my needs in the bottom 3 bags - 2 changes of clothes and electronic gear for pictures and stuff. , Everything fits so well I was very pleased ! Water proof came in handy too cause it rained.
A fellow rider I was with is ordering one for his bike as well cause he liked the looks and ease of mounting it on the bike.
The one thing I noticed was there isn't a water flap on the main bag but one on the top bag. It didn't cause a problem so but it seemed to be something that could be... Other than that its a great deal
Comment: All-in-all, the whole set is fantastic. Each bag serves its own purpose for my tastes. They look mean & tough on my 06 Fatboy.
I have some buckling on the bottom large bag that rests on the luggage rack after loading it up. This could be happening due to my tie-down too tight or short luggage rack, but, still serves it's purpose.
The bottom bag does not have any type of rain flaps as the medium & two small bags do. I'm in Phoenix so it really wouldn't matter for me since it rarely rains, but since the bags are manufactured identical & shipped to everyone, this could pose an issue for someone who may get caught in a downpour. It's always good to have luggage rain covers anyway for your travels, so that would make the missing rain flap a moot point.
My Wife LOVES the small bags since they transform into backpacks. Ingenious!!!
My final synopsis;
Sexy look (I got the one with the studs)
PLENTY of room
Most of all, affordable price!!!!
I highly recommend these if you are considering adding sissy-bar bags.

Comment: Bought the bag for my husband's birthday, looks very durable and fits his Heritage perfectly. He especially likes that the bags hold their shape. We are about to go on a road trip and expect to be able to hold all the gear we need easily. Locks are a little flimsy, but they may give someone pause if trying to enter the bags.

Comment: Great bag high quality hard to tell that it's not leather and the match my saddle bags perfect and are very easy to install took about 2 minutes if I have to I'll buy again these bags are huge and have many pockets for storage and all bags can be taken off and used separately even the small side bags could be strapped to a small sissy bar and if need be the top bag can be used by itself if you don't need much storage for a short trip and the best thing about these bags is that they don't leak I've even tried to make them leak by useing a water hose and spraying them down still no leaks
Comment: For the price these cost you get a lot for your money, I would buy them again

SB3DLS sissy bar bag Review
Comment: Ordered these to go on my softail. They match perfectly. The delivery is still awesome from Jafrum. We immediately took a 4 day road trip. Was able to put everything we needed in the bags and had a lot of room left for when my wife shopped on the trip. Great bags for the price.
SB3DLS Studded Sissy bar bags Review
Comment: These bags are great, they fit my bike perfectly. I was a little overwhelmed at the size when I got them out of the box but once I put them on the bike they look great. They match my saddlebags to a tee and all the rest of my accessory's that are also studded. They have more than enough room for all my stuff. Only thing is they should have put rain flaps on the large bottom bag, also would've been nice if they had come with a rain cover. All in all I am very pleased with them and for such a bargain I would recommend these bags most definitely. Thanks again Jafrum for bringing us great motorcycle gear at prices you can't pass up.

Comment: Ok, first of all, the bags are a perfect match to my saddlebags on my Heritage Softail. I had a little trouble zipping up the side bags, but now they're on and not sure if I'll ever remove them. The top bag came a little deformed with the side pushed in. The backrest fastener was barely long enough to secure the bag. My backrest must be a little wider than normal. It is only fastened by around an inch and a half of hook and loop. I would like more to work with for more security. Could use heavy duty D rings mounted for additional security for heavier loads. I know it sounds like I'm not satisfied but all-in-all it is a great product for the money.

Comment: I had written a review earlier on these bags but after having them for a while, I found another shortcoming. The top bag is supposed to come off and be used by itself, so I disconnected it and tried to strap the top bag on by itself. The strap was not long enough to go around my backrest. My Heritage Softail is a very common bike with a stock sissy bar/backrest. Why couldn't they have made the strap a little longer to accommodate a very common motorcycle? I'm looking around to find some sort of extension but not having any luck. The top bag doesn't even have any D rings I could use bungees with. For this reason, coupled with my other review, I am downgrading my rating.
We took our first long distance trip and purchased this for our bike, it was very roomy, had more than enough room for a 7 night trip. Went thru a bad rain storm and this kept our things dry. Our only complaint was that the top bag was very loose when mounted to the sissy bar, we had to stop and purchase two bungee straps to help secure it. Really like the ability to take it apart and just use parts on shorter trips.
I cannot mount the top bag of the SB3 by itself because the strap is too short. I have a Heritage Softail which is a very common bike with the standard backrest. Is there some type of extension out there that I could make the strap a little longer with?
Best Answer:Not as I know of I had the same problem i have a custom corbin seat on my bike and the bask rest is very wide its oval in shape and almost 12 inches in width I made an extension from a piece of of nylon strap from the old bag I use to have on my bike I had my wife sew a wide pice of velcro on either end and it cost me about $5 for the velcro he that helps you also if you don't have a wide piece of nylon strap it can be purchased at any fabric store by the foot fairly cheaply
we have a 2013 Hearitage Softail Classic with stock seat and back rest. It was a little difficult to connect the Velcro strap but I pushed the padding in and then it would stay connected. being one who has stuff fall off the bike while traveling, I strapped it down with a few bunking cords. Overkill maybe but the travel pack worked great! the strap needs to be about 4 inches longer.
I am a old school biker so I tied a strap of leather to top of sissy/bitch bar to handle of bag and tied to my small luggage rack on the bottom with pieces of leather through loops of bag like it no problems opening or closing it. actually use it for short runs that way, works well.
This item should really be called a sissy bar bag set. You get a total of
four bags with this setup that can all be used independently of each other so
you really are getting a lot for the money. These SB3
sissy bar bags are made of a pvc material that has the texture and feel of
real leather but at a fraction of the price. They are available in either
studded or non-studded versions. These two options have separate listings so be
sure that the bag pictured is the version that you wish to order. If not, you
should be able to find your desired bag to the right of the listing you are
looking at in the related products column.
Let's start by looking at the top bag. This bag is 13 x 8.5 x 11 and features
lockable quick release buckles under these faux classic looking buckles. The
easy access makes this bag perfect for your more frequently used items. Inside
the bag, they've added pockets on all four walls and you can see the semi rigid
corrugated plastic bottom. The back of this bag features an adjustable mounting
strap that can be used to secure a lightweight jacket and/or allows the bag to
be attached to the sissy bar so it can be used by itself.
The main bag measures 12 ¾ x 11 ½ x 10 ¼ and features the same lockable quick
release buckles as the top bag. These straps double as the tie down straps that
hold the top bag to the main bag. This feature allows access to the main bag
without removing the top piece of luggage. The inside of the main bag features
additional perimeter pockets for added organization and the rear of the bag
features the apparatus for installing the luggage to your sissy bar. To install
the bag, simply wrap the hook and loop straps around the sissy bar. These
d-rings and cords can be used to help stabilize the bag. One feature I wish
these bags had were some heavier duty d-rings here at the perimeter to stabilize
heavier loads but at this price I'm sure I can figure something out.
The side bags are also removable and measure 9 x 9.5 x 4. There are two
perimeter pockets in each bag and quick release buckles on the front. Detaching
the bags is a zip. Just unsnap the pull tab from the main bag and zip it off.
There are additional loops and cords here for added security.
