I am not a biker and besides custom design augmentations I prefer my leather to fit tighter. Most reviews so far seem to say order a size larger, but I ordered these pants like I would my jeans and slacks and they fit perfectly. Thank you Jafrum for the excellent product with an unbeatable price.
Jean Style Leather Pants.
Men's Black leather 5 pocket pants made from premium cowhide leather. Inside is lined with a thin nylon cloth for comfort.
Please choose one or two size bigger than your jeans waist as these leather overpants are usally worn over the jeans.
Jean Style Leather Pants Sizing
Please note that these pants go by your waist measurement. Take the measurement with jeans on as these are mostly worn on top of jeans. Recommend to go one size up than your jeans waist. These come pretty long and so you can cut it according to your length. No hemming is required and will not damage the pants.

Nice stylish jean cut pants. However my inseam is 36 and they are a little short for me.
Great pants: quality lined leather, good fit, very comfortable, and look great. Order arrived within 2-3 days. I ordered a 34 (one size up) and they were perfect fit. I recommend 2 sizes up if you want to use as comfortable overpants. I kept them because the fit was just like a pair of jeans and were comfy on my bike (riding in cool and warm temps). Also, make sure you adjust length while siting on your bike as suggested-- as I had no adjustments to make. Then, I bought lined chaps for overpants from Jafrum which turned out well!
"Very fast shipment, great products, customer service was very helpful even though the mistake was on my part."
"These are Great pants, for a good price. I put them on and can't take them off. Order your size not bigger!"
"Just started riding and wanted a pair of leathers. These were great price and fit great. I bought my waiste size and fit just right. Very comfortable."
Not as comfy as chaps for riding though. I ordered a size larger than my regular so the waist was comfy but my junk was cramped. Could be an age thing, I'm 65. Younger riders prolly don't mind the snug fit in the crotch. A seam started to unravel after a few days of use but it was an easy fix with a leather needle and strong carpet thread. I think they're a very good value for casual wear, heavy duty and well made by our friends in Pakistan.
The first pair was great, a person does not need to be a leather expert to see and feel the quality of the pants, however I ordered a size too small (I needed to go up 2 sizes from a my denim size) which brings me to the company, very easy to exchange and just as fast to ship the second time. Jafrum expect continued business from me. 5 Stars all the way.
Go by the size chart , fits great would buy again p.s. great service
These pants are a great buy, they are very well made of heavy grade leather. The workmanship on them is top notch, the best I've seen. Nothing else comes close to these pants for twice the price.
These pants are of excellent quality and well worth the price, unfortunately I ordered them too small. I contacted Jafrum about returning them and upgrading to the LP1000's with the zippered legs in the correct size that I needed. No hassle and they were very accomodatng even though it was my mistake on the size and I wanted to exchange them for a different set. Theses people are truly fabulous to deal with. I highly recommend them and their products. They have won me over as a return customer!
I stumbled upon Jafrum entirely by accident...what a wonderful accident!!! I'm in love with these pants! believe it or not, WHEN the rare occasion arises that it gets cold in Florida...it gets COLD! and these pants are perfect! I even got my brother hooked on this website! I've purchased rain gear, gloves, pants...next will be boots. I LOVE LOVE LOVE JAFRUM!!!!!!!
I wear a 33x 34 pant. judging by other reviews I ordered the 34. PERFECT. Tight enough to wear alone with a belt yet if I wanted I could wear over jeans, they would be a little snug this way but it could be done. other wise a very good product
The reason I rated 3 half is that because It is a Xmas gift for my husband. I have to wait untill he try it on. But it looks pretty nice pants. I like it and hope it fit him.
Arrived very quick, as usual Jafrum plain spoils you with their service. Well constructed. I'd go up one size (add 2 inches), or maybe two sizes, as I hate tight jeans on long rides. Hemming was easy using stout shears. They look like they will last forever. Would recommend to anyone.
Arrived very quick, well constructed, I think they run a little small so order approx 4 inches above your size. would recommend to anyone.
Very nice pants.I'm 6'2" 200 lbs and the size 38 fit perfect. My normal jean size is 36.Very well made, well worth the price.
A really great company with great service. The reviews were very helpful. I dont ride motor bikes, but pants are very comfortable. I did not order a larger size, just ordered my regular size - great fit. Thanks
A snug fit for a size 34, but a good pair of pants for the price. I am going to keep them and plan on wearting them quite a bit this winter.
I got these and love them. However, if you are tall and skinny, I'd recommend you only order 1 size larger. I did the 2 sizes and they fit, though I have to wear a belt. But the length is perfect.
The LP500 riding pants are made of genuine cowhide leather and are available in waist sizes twenty four to forty six. If you plan on wearing these leather pants without jeans on underneath, use your actual waist measurement to determine your fit. Don't use your jeans size, it can vary by brand, and probably won't be right. If you plan on wearing these pants over a pair of jeans, measure your waist while you are wearing anything you might wear under your riding pants. These pants run pretty long, so be prepared to trim them. They will not need hemming, though, you can just cut off what you don't need and you're ready to go.
The LP500's have a traditional five pocket jeans style design. You have the two hand warmer pockets with the change pocket on the front and bill fold pockets on the back. The pockets are all riveted and the fly features a YKK zipper for durability.
While these are technically an overpant, the lack of full-length zippers on the legs are going to make these a little tedious to get on and off. So, if you are in need of a leather pant you can get on and off quickly, without removing your boots, check out the listing for the LP1000's. They might work better for you as an overpant.
Inside the 500's you will find a fixed liner to promote mobility and comfort.
