Great rain gear, my wife and myself really enjoy the comfort and full coverage of suit. Highly recommend to all touring bikers. Excellent one piece suit. Riding Dry in Texas.
I bought the rain wear because I had been caught in a rain storm on my bike....the day I got the rain gear purchase, I was fifty miles from home and got caught again...this time I was prepared....rain wear is the best I have ever owned, and I might add, the cheapest price. Thanks Bruce

I purchased for my September ride to the Grand Canyon. Well Sir, rain I got! The suit kept me nice and dry. I highly recommend this item.
good suit, works great. Only problem might be (for some) that it is a one piece and takes a little more effort to put it on. Good quality though.

Do you want to look like a Power Ranger and stay dry at the same time? If so, this rain suit onesie is for you. I've worn it in a tremendous downpour and stayed completely dry. I don't know why you would pay more and possibly look less cool. :)

A rain suit is a necessary item in any rider's apparel collection. Even if you don't ever plan on riding in the rain, there are some things that are simply not in your control. If you have ever gotten soaked to the bone with cold rain 30 or more miles away from home, you probably already own one of these. Rain suits are made in a variety of styles and materials most of which are available on our website, Jafrum.com
The Thunder Under RS5009 one piece rainsuit is made from nylon. Nylon is a good fabric for a rainsuit because it is lightweight, easy to pack, and somewhat breathable. It can also be very reasonably priced. This complete suit with all of the features I'm about to show you is on sale on Jafrum.com for less than forty dollars. The only downsides to nylon as a rainsuit fabric are that it is not flexible, although most rainsuits aren't flexible, and it doesn't hold up to sunlight very well. All that means to you the rider is that you don't want to lay it out in the sun for extended periods of time to dry. If you take proper care of a nylon suit it will provide you with protection from the elements for many years and miles.
This rainsuit is one of the best values available in this type of apparel, and It is available in two color ways. The suits are primarily black with either a red or gray accent panel across the chest. The two color ways have separate listings on our website, so take note of the part number to make sure you are ordering the correct item.
This rainsuit has a durable plastic zipper that is covered by these dual panels and secured with a hook and loop system to ensure a waterproof closure. It is also askew to allow you to unzip down into the leg area making this suit easy to get on and off. All the seams are tape sealed to keep the water out. The single pocket on the front of the suit has full width hook and loop closure making it nearly completely waterproof. The 5009 has reinforced areas in the behind for added durability and reduced sliding in the saddle. You can find the same material in the legs which provides wear resistance and keeps the nylon from melting to high heat areas of the bike.
The fit on this jacket is true to size and takes your clothing or protective gear into acct. I'm a medium in most clothing and the medium rain suits fit me perfectly. There is a stretchy band all the way around the suit to reduce buffeting at speed. The cuffs of the sleeves and pant legs also have stretchy cuffs with waterproof, zippered expanders for easy on and off on the pants only. The only features that are missing on this rain suit that would be nice are maybe some adjusters on the sleeves and some stirrups on the legs. Sleeve adjusters are nice to have to keep the jacket quiet especially if you ride a bike with little or no wind screen and stirrups help keep your pantleg down and water out of your boots. Even without these features, at less than 40 bucks, this suit is still one heck of a bargain.
The interior of the RS5009 rainsuit has been equipped with a mesh lining. This will help wick moisture away from your skin and also keep the rain gear from sticking to your skin when you start to sweat.
