Comment: I like these boots, but so far I have used them only as cold stoppers. The left bottom elastic popped already on one side, but that may have been my fault. I didn't have them on right during the first leg of the first ride, and hooked them on the peg. We only had a mild short shower, so can't evaluate water proofness. But used them for a 42 to 45F eight hour ride, and they worked great to keep the wind and cold out.

Comment: As the price seemied right for these, I ordered a pair. Although I wear "waterproof" boots, somehow I almost always seem to end up with damp feet in heavy rain-- hopefully these covers will work well to prevent future reoccurrences of such and allow me to wear more comfortable non-waterproof footwear on occasion without worrying about wet feet. As I have just received them, I have not used them yet but they seem to fit over the boots well and look to be of sufficient quality for the money.

Comment: I bought these for a 3500 mile road trip over the rockies this May. Got caught in hellacious weather and these dogs kept my feet dry as a bone. They are packable enough to just roll up into your rain suit, so they take up no additional space. Definitely worth the money. Grippy surface on bottom helps, but make sure your heel is exposed so you dont slip at stops.

Comment: Seem to be made well and sized properly. There has been no opportunity to try them out but don't imagine they won't do what they are supposed to do.

Comment: Seem to be very good quality, Zippers with storm flaps over them. Open heel is a nice touch, Wouldn't want to be putting vinyl wrapped foot down on wet streets. Nice edition at a good price to my raingear. As one rider wrote, I roll them up in my rainsuit. Experience will tell me which works best, but I would say if they won't stay up to put them on first under the rainsuit legs. I wear an 11, got the large, and they fit my boots perfectly.

Comment: I haven't had to test these out in the rain yet. They seem to be well constructed. Time will tell. XL listed as 13-14 shoe size. I think that's a bit optimisitc. I wear a 12 and they barely fit over them.

Comment: Bought a pair and used them the same day they arrived. Rode 80 miles in the rain and my shoes stayed dry the entire trip. Easy to pack since they don' take up a lot of room.

Comment: I haven't been able to try this out in a downpour, but they seem to work well. The snaps that go around the calf are plastic, but they still work fine.

Comment: These work great, and kept my feet dry, and the price is right. Easy on-easy off makes them no problem, and they lay flat in the box when stored. Size chart ran accurate for my foot.

Comment: They kept my shoes dry. I bought them to wear in the rain while bicycling. Yes, bicycling. They were everything I hoped for. I rode with them in the frickin' snow/rain. They do not slip on the bottom on the pavement. I would recommend these to anyone who wants to ride in rain/snow. Bought 'em and happy I did! :)

Comment: I just had a chance to try out my covers. They worked great. The open bottoms let my boots grip the road and pegs yet no water penetrated anywhere during a substantial downpour. They are lightweight, easy to put on and store well with my other raingear. They also dried out quickly. As always the price was reasonable.
