Please use a cloth tape measure to measure the circumference of your chest in inches and add 3 inches or 4 inches to get to the next even number and choose that size.

I am new to Jafrum and have been less than pleased with some other online motorcycle suppliers. I ordered this vest even though I was skeptical of all the five-star reviews on some of the other products. But I can honestly say, after receiving my vest, I am a believer. Holding it next to a vest that cost over $100, I can hardly see a difference. In fact, this vest appears to be better made on the laces. I normally wear a 40 and I ordered a 42 based on the instructions. Fits well with a good bit of room.
You will not be disappointed in the quality of this item, especially at this price!
