Comment: Have a 02 honds shadow saber with 26k miles. front and rear were worn past tread indicators and had trouble holding the road on occasion. After much debate, followed a friends advise and purchased a matching set of 404's. My initial brak-in was in the dark returning from having the tires mounted. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Sand, cracks in hte road, tar snakes... nothing made a difference in the handling. Steered true and mantained it's grip on the road. Day two , the break-in was completed with a 150 mile trip to Laconia for Bike Week fun, along with a passanger. Again, tires performed flawlessly. Day 3 was caught in 20 miles of pouring and soaking rain. Speed moderated, but again not one traction problem. Already worth the investment. Mileage.... we'll see as time goes on.
