GMax Helmet Size Chart:
Helmet Sizing Information. We ask that you use the following information to
help choose the proper size helmet. In order for a helmet to protect properly
and be the most comfortable, it must be size to your head correctly.
To find the Correct size helmet for a person's head:
(1) Measure the head circumference one-inch above the eyebrows and ears
(2) Using the circumference measured, use the size chart below to find the
approximate size
(3) Once you have tried on the helmet it should fell snug equally around the
head. The helmet should not feel too tight or too loose at any point around
head.
*** Please remember that all head shapes vary slightly and that this sizing
chart is to be used as a starting guide, not an exact guide.

Comment: This is a great helmet, but we had to send it back for an exchange. We bought two helmets, our measurements were 22" and 22 1/8". The size chart says small, but this is definitely MEDIUM.

Comment: My fiancee loves this helmet. She loves the fit and internal sunshade. She is a huge fan of both purple and butterflies, so surprising her with this helmet was a great decision on my part. We both have a fondness for GMAX helmets. We own many of various GMAX styles which we wear according to mood and type of bike trip on which we'll embark. When purchasing this helmet, I thought the pic of the purple helmet appeared to be more blue than purple, but I was incorrect. It is a very nice purple color and the matte black finish and racing stripe make this an all-around beautiful helmet. The matte black finish has a great texture to it, too. I'm very pleased with my purchase and the great service offered by JAFRUM. JAFRUM is one of my most favorite online bike accessory retailers.

Comment: I ordered this helmet with the pink butterflies. I love it. I did order the small instead of xs even though the chart showed I wear an xs and it fits perfect. So just be careful when measuring and order the next size up if you are between sizes. The sun shade works great and I love that it can be fitted with brake light fixture. This is a great helmet!

Comment: I love this helmet! It is tight but I fixed that with smaller cheek pads. Love the visor too, it really blocks the sun like a baseball hat. Being able to have a light on the back is a great idea and that it can sync up to the brakes is even better. The only thing I didn't like is that it doesn't come with the option to have the inner sunshield a different color. I would love to have it yellow. I have yellow night driving glasses that I wear all the time. They're great as sunglasses and make it a lot easier to see in the rain and fog besides at night reducing the glare of on coming lights.

Comment: I was a little leary buying a helmet without being able to try it on first but I took the chance and I'm really glad I did. It fit very tight but with the next size smaller cheek pads it fits like a glove. The helmet visor really blocks the sun better then I thought it would. The retractable sun shield could be longer so it could cover my eyeglasses completely. I guess it's just something to get use to. I love having the option of the light on the back of the helmet too. Just wish they sold the light without having to get the whole brake light kit.
