Wrap a tape measure horizontally around your forehead. Select the helmet that is the closest fit to that size. A helmet should fit snug on your head. If it moves while wearing, it is too large. If it is painful to wear, it is too small.

Comment: I really like this helmet. The sun visor is as good as face shield. This helmet runs small. I measured for Med/Lg but needed an XL to fit.

Comment: Good feel, good fit but does run small. I normally wear XL but had to exchange for 2XL. Flip down sunshade is a great feature.

Comment: Sun shield is durable and a must have. It is easy to use, even with gloves on. Also, the helmet is well-ventilated and comfortable. It beats every other brand I have tried.
