Wrap a tape measure horizontally around your forehead. Select the helmet that is the closest fit to that size. A helmet should fit snug on your head. If it moves while wearing, it is too large. If it is painful to wear, it is too small.

Comment: This helmet is exactly what I wanted. I have been using an HJC helmet for a few years but mine was "bulkier" than this and often made my neck sore after riding. This version is perfectly balanced and easy on my neck muscles. The zip out liner is perfect for those chilly days. Great value even with shipping compared to prices at my local shop. HIGHLY recommend this helemet.
