Wrap a tape measure horizontally around your forehead. Select the helmet that is the closest fit to that size. A helmet should fit snug on your head. If it moves while wearing, it is too large. If it is painful to wear, it is too small.

Comment: This is a very well constructed helmet. I especially like the ease and smoothness of the pull down visor which is of high quality. Too, I like the fact that there are different tinted visors available that can replace the clear visor that comes standard with the helmet. Replacement is simple. The helmet's fit is true and the helmet is comfortable. I think this helmet would offer good protection. Nonetheless, it is only a half helmet and I would not use in high traffic situations nor in speeds of 50 mph. My only complaints would be that the helmet is pretty heavy for a half helmet and the strap is a little difficult to adjust. But other than that, a solid helmet.

Great buy, great helmet
Comment: The helmet is everything I expected. I was most interested in the cooling vents and as tend to perspire a lot. Even in hot weather it seems to do the trick, certainly a lot better than any other helmet I have owned. The drop down sun shield is a great idea although I wished it dropped down another inch or two. I generally use a medium and needed a large in this helmet.

Like the helmet, but need it bigger
Comment: I like this helmet, but after following the sizing chart it is too small. I ordered a Large and should have gotten an XL or 2XL.

Great helmet with great features
Comment: Received helmet today and tried it out on a 27 mile ride. Worked great, felt great, good size face shield and I like its appearance. I am impressed with the interior pading and like that the face shield is protected when in the up position.Plenty of room to wear sun glasses with the face shield down. I take a medium in my Vega half helmet and ordered a large in this helmet. Fit is perfect.
