Wrap a tape measure horizontally around your forehead. Select the helmet that is the closest fit to that size. A helmet should fit snug on your head. If it moves while wearing, it is too large. If it is painful to wear, it is too small.
Comment: So I purchased this helmet as a replacement to a Scorpion Exo 500 that fitted too thigh on me. First impression was that the helmet looks very good. The fit is great and comfortable even on 200+ mile rides. It is bluetooth ready in case you want to purchase a bluetooth system for it. I just installed some speakers on them and the fit very nicely into the speaker pockets so you wont even feel the speakers there. Overall im very happy with the purchase and would recommend to a friend. The modular is a plus if you wear glasses.. This is just a great helmet..
HJC IS-Max BT Sprint Modular Helmet Review
Comment: This helmet is very functional, very comfortable and very stylish. I like how the inner pieces are easily removed for work, cleaning or replacement. Highly recommend it.
Glad I bought it.
Comment: This is my first full face helmet and I really like it. The modular design is great for gas station stops and putting on glasses. I like the inner sun shield feature and not needing sunglasses. I took the outer shield off for summer. Looking forward to trying it with a chatterbox unit soon. Now my wife wants one too!

HTC Is Max Bt Sprint pretty good
Comment: Pros: Comfortable, very good airflow into top of helmet. Does a pretty good job of reducing fogging up. Great style. Visor lifts up and down very smooth. Internal sun visor is great.
CONS: When you close the air vent cover on top of the helmet for cold weather riding, it rattles which is a little annoying. They should have made it now like the Symax helmet. However, more air flows through than my Symax 2 helmet.
Overall, this is a very good helmet for the price.
Best Answer:This depends on your head shape and how the helmet fits you in the temples. There should be enough room as the above reviews suggest. The drop down sunshades can be an issue for some face shapes as well. They will not go down over some glasses. This will be a trial and error thing.
If the glasses you are wanting to wear are "sturdy" then yes. I have a pair of glasses with a wire like frame and they do not do well for me. A more traditional metal or plastic frame works much better.
