Size Chart for the Icon Airmada Bostrom Helmet
Helmet Sizing Information. To achieve proper helmet fitment, begin by finding your head circumference size using the method described below.
Remember that the helmet sizing you choose should fit around the crown of your head comfortably with no pressure points.
The cheekpads should fit firmly around your face. Once your chin strap is fastened, grab the chin bar of the helmet and move it side to side.
Your cheeks should move with the helmet, which should not slide across your face. Different thickness cheekpads can be purchased to obtain the perfect fit.
Head Measurement Instructions.Wrap a flexible tape measure around your head approximately one inch above eyebrows and ears. Use this measurement (in either inches or centimeters) to find your helmet size in the chart below.
The Airmada is the newest helmet from Icon and has a very aggressive style
both physically and graphically. It has an abundance of ventilation for both
interstates and city streets and is relatively lightweight for a polycarbonate
full face helmet. Be sure to check out our complete review of the Icon
Airmada via our
YouTube channel, Jafrum videos, or our website,
The Bostrom graphic is modeled after the one on the helmet that is currently
being worn by Eric Bostrom, hence the large number thirty two on the side. There
are two color options to choose from; blue with orange numbers and letters and
Black and white with yellow numbers and letters.
This graphic is as aggressive as the helmet itself. All over the shell are these
electric blue stripes, almost like the bengles of a tiger, a giant, very
ferocious, very blue tiger. The stripes start on the front of the helmet and
sweep back to the rear of the helmet. There is a small amount of shading on the
side, where the dark blue pinstripes come to a point right over the number
thirty two. The stripes flow around to the E-Boz number 32 tag that is on the
back. All of the dark blue stripes have the look of scales to them.
