Comment: I purchased the Flip Shield for my husband (smoke color). It looks really neat on his helmet, like gear from a movie set. It attached easily and there is no vibration. It helps screen out the sunlight. The only drawback is a small glare on the lower right side but this does not interfere with vision.

Comment: This is the second set of face shields I've ordered. Excellent service, shipping, value. On the previous set, I eventually had to screw the faceshield to its frame since the detent keeping it in the down position was letting it pop up. I'll do the same to the new shields if necessary, so far so good.

Comment: This shield definitely does a great job of keeping the bugs out of your eyes on the road. When I was looking to purchase it, I read some complaints about the shield flipping up at high speeds. I ride with my boyfriend, who likes to take the windshield off of his bike to get a good breeze, so we're dealing with more wind than most people do, and it hasn't flipped up once. My only complaint is that it's pretty hard to snap on and once it is on, if you want to take it off you'd have to put some serious effort into it. It could extend a little further on the bottom, too. The bugs didn't get in my eyes, but I've taken a few in the lip area. For the price, though, I really can't complain too much.

Comment: Purchased this shield as a replacement on a helmet someone gave me. It works perfectly. The shield doesn't blow up in the wind and it is great protection. I was afraid the smoke color might be too dark for riding at dawn, but it is just enough to block the sun and still allow good visibility.

Comment: I have both the shaded and clear shields. They snap on securely. The flip-up face shield opens easily and stays down at highway speed. Easy to clean with plain water and dry with a microfiber cloth. Well worth the price of protecting your eyes.
