Comment: This is a very well made helmet. The microlock retention system is easy to use. The flip-up face sheild works great. The general look and finish of the helmet is flawless. It does not whistle at high speeds. I have nothing negative to say about this helmet.
This new N20 is divided into three color styles, the Italian themed Rider,
the City, which is available in 5 colors, and the Outlaw which is available in
flat or gloss black and has a chrome emblem on the forehead instead of the Nolan
Script. The N20 is available in 6 sizes including XS thru 2X and has a very
round head shape. I typically wear a large and you can see that this may not be
the best helmet for my long oval head. This helmet features a very lightweight
polycarbonate shell that meets DOT requirements and is ECE approved in Europe.
This little open face weights a mere 2.65 lbs on our scales. The N20 features a
light blue, fighter pilot inspired, scratch resistant, and UV protectant eye
shield. To remove it, pull this tab at the rear of this cover until it pops off.
Raise the shield to the furthest up position and slide this button toward the
eye port. Pull the back edge of the shield outward and the shield will release.
To reinstall, slide the shield under the tab on the baseplate and press the
shield onto the baseplate. Slide the button toward the rear of the helmet and
reinstall the cover... This helmet also features a removable and washable liner
insert. To remove it, simply unfasten the hook and loop strips at cheek pad area
and forehead. Remember to avoid fabric softener when hand washing the N20's
liner to maintain the liner's moisture wicking characteristics. The N20 also
features Nolan's Microlock Retention system. This is an adjustable quick release
system that is fitted with a wicking cover to prevent chin irritation or
