Very nice, well made suit. color is more towards silver than white shown. Quality workmanship and very sharp looking. Only con would be somewhat small zippered boot openings but they work fine. Size L fits me over leather jacket and I'm 6'1" and 215.

"Absolutely Fantastic. Have not worn it in the rain yet. The construction is great and it did not mention that there is a hood in the jacket. A BIG plus. The color is great also.|Shipping was very quick too. I have ordered other items from Jafrums and pleased every time"
If your looking for a great rain suit at a very low price you found it. It has exceided my expectations by a mile. It's well made and keeps you dry in down pours and looks great.
Received quickly fit perfect (slightly oversize to wear cold weather cloths. wore twice in two weeks kept rain out. no leaks. great visibility extra pad in seat and inside calves. Great price.
After being soaked to the bone and pulverized by hail and high winds for over an hour and a half I purchased this gear. I am six foot 225 pounds with a 46 inch chest, and ordered a large. It arrived promptly, looks good and seems to be quality made. It fits me well and even if I gained another 20 pounds it would still fit. I have not worn it in the rain yet and that's fine with me. In fact I hope it dry rots in the saddle bag before I get caught in another storm. I am confident it will satisfy anyone especially for the price.
Looks like a quality suit but the pants are too short so I'll be sending it back. Jacket fits well and a lot of features for the money
This suit kept me dry riding though heavy rain and wind without a windsheild. Doesn't pack up very compact.
Worn it twice in heavy rain works great fits well slightly oversized to fit over jacket. Kept me very dry during a hard rain. Solid sturdy construction with a mesh liner makes it easy to get on and off. Had people comment on the visibility of suit.
I don't plan to ride in the rain, but I do get caught. The weather here has been so changeable I purchased this suit and have used it twice. It got me home dry. Well made and reasonably priced.
Excellent rain gear. Wore the suit during journey from STL, MO to Sturgis Rally 2013. Rider was dry in downpour, and suit held up to the water displaced by semis and combines sharing the same road. Highly recommend this suit (and the colors match the bike)!
Although I haven't used this suit yet, the on time delivery and qualty seem to be there. The fit is almost perfect...went by previous reviews and ordered like they said and it was correct. Will do another review after using it in rain.
I purchased this rain suit for a friend of ours that is rather tall at 6'1" and finding a rain suit with long arms and legs is totally amazing. The price is great too.
I ordered this rain gear after reading all the great reviews on here. I am replacing my Frogg Toggs that I have due to the zipper being broken. This gear lives up to the reviews, great quality, great feel, and the sizing is right on. I am 6ft 3, 180 lbs and I ordered the small and the fit is great.
High quality poduct. Color is actually deceiving looks white and bright orange but is grey and liht orange. Size is an issue from chart info. Recommend that you read all reviews before ordering. I order 2 sets for self and wife. I am 5'11" 225lbs 32" inseam 36" sleeves 48" chest ordered size LARGE jacket is OK over wind jacket but sleeves are shorter than I like. Pants are huge even over jeans or leather. Wife is 5'3" 115lbs wears size 6 tops and 4 pants I ordered an X Small she needs an XX Small if it was available. Fits large even over full leathers jacket & pants. Have not had need to test the suits in rain yet but jackets are great as wind breakers after sundown at highway speeds. Very nice product but pay particular attention to sizing info on reviews before ordering.
MAN TALK ABOUT SERVICE !!! GREAT !!!! I recieved the Suit before I expected it ONly to say how HAPPY I am with it . MADE GREAT and I ordered by the reviews size and a perfect fit !! VERY SATISFIED !!! GREAT WORK JAFRUM . THANKS !!! Doris
I read allot of reviews before this purchase and it was also flagged as "best seller" which helped in the decision to purchase the suit. I am 6 ft and had concerns about the length of the pants but they were just long enough. However the pants were a bit baggy. The jacket fits great and I love the adjustable draw waist along with the cuffs. I have used the suit several times already. I found it very functional and better quality than expected for the price.
Nice rain suit, didn't get to use it in the rain yet, but seems durable. I'm 6'1" 185#. Went with the large, glad I did, the medium would not have been tall enough. The arms are a little shorter than I'd like, but it will work. Good suit for the price. Takes up some space in the saddlebags though, doesn't compress down real small.
Very nice rain suit for the price. Heavier material and good quality fasteners. Used it once so far on a ten mile ride in a moderate rain and it kept me dry. That's all I can ask!
Awesome item. Price was fantastic. Highly recommend!
I'm a 41-42 Chest and a 33-34 Waist. According to the size chart, I should order a Small and I did. Guess what, those dimenions were OK the inseam sucked. I normally wear pants with a 31-32 inseam so you can see I'm NOT long legged. When I got on my cruser, the leg bottoms were half way up my shins and that was inspite of the boot strap bottom. I did return them and did order a Medium. On my first road trip I experienced an all day rain on the return trip - the suit itself funtioned perfectly - just beware of the inseam
A rain suit is a necessary item in any rider's apparel collection. Even if you don't ever plan on riding in the rain, there are some things that are simply not in your control. If you have ever gotten soaked to the bone with cold rain 30 or more miles away from home, you probably already own one of these. Rain suits are made in a variety of styles and materials most of which are available on our website, Jafrum.com
The Thunder Under RS5000 two piece rainsuit is made from nylon. Nylon is a good fabric for a rainsuit because it is lightweight, easy to pack, and somewhat breathable. It can also be very reasonably priced. This complete suit with all of the features I'm about to show you is on sale on Jafrum.com for sub sixty bucks. The only downsides to nylon as a rainsuit fabric are that it is not flexible, most rainsuits aren't flexible, and it doesn't hold up to sunlight very well. All that means to you the rider is that you don't want to lay it out in the sun for extended periods of time to dry. If you take proper care of a nylon suit it will provide you with protection from the elements for many years and miles.
This rainsuit has just about every feature available in this type of apparel, and It is available in this one color way. The suit is primarily gray with black accents and has high viz panels in the sleeves of the jacket and high viz piping on the sleeves of the jacket and down the leg of the pants.
Let's take a closer look at the three quarter length jacket. This jacket has a durable plastic zipper that is covered by these dual panels and secured with a hook and loop system to ensure a waterproof closure. All the seams are tape sealed as well to keep the water out. There is a hidden hood in the collar to keep water from running down your neck into the jacket. The two pockets on the front are water resistant but I would be careful with cell phones and electronics because there is no closure system for the flap.
The fit on this jacket is very adjustable. There are adjustable straps on the front that are combined with a stretch panel on the back to reduce buffeting at speed. The only feature that is missing on this jacket that would be nice is maybe some adjusters on the sleeves. They're nice to have to keep the jacket quiet especially if you ride a bike with little or no wind screen. The cuffs are fully adjustable with stretch panels on one side and an adjustable hook and loop closure on the other.
The interior of the jacket has been equipped with a mesh lining. This will help wick moisture away from your skin and also keep the rain gear from sticking to your skin when you start to sweat.
Now let's get a look at the pants. The waist of the pants is stretchy all the way around and has a draw string for adjustability. The cuffs of the legs are also adjustable with zippered expanders and waterproof gussets. The pocket on the pants does have a closure system and is almost completely waterproof. There are reinforced panels in high wear areas on the both the backside and also on the legs where the fabric can come into high heat areas and rub on footpegs. The legs also have removable stirups to help keep your pantlegs from riding up and letting water into your boots.
