Two Piece Motorcycle Rain Suit for Women RS5021 Review
Comment: I could not pass up the opportunity to try out this new two-piece motorcycle rain suit, designed especially for women. In fact, I was so ecstatic about the hi-visibility yellow and hi-visibility orange color offerings with this rain suit, that I ordered one of each color to add to my collection of rain gear. Upon receipt of my suits, I was very much pleased and satisfied with my purchase. The two-piece motorcycle rain suit is both very classy and functional, not to mention affordable. It is also very versatile, and I am currently wearing the suit(s) over my winter attire, to shovel snow. The rain gear runs true to size, and is loose fitting to accommodate leather jackets worn underneath, or other heavy apparel.
This two-piece rain gear is made of 100% Oxford nylon, and is very lightweight, breathable and water proof. It exhibits both zipper and hook and loop closure, and has a mesh lining for better breathability on the jacket and pants. I especially like the elastic waist on the pants and the elastic band on the hem of the pants with a zippered, hook and loop adjustable closure. As an added bonus, the rain suit has removable suspenders and leg stirrups. Also, the reflective stripes on the jacket and pants are nice for night time riding. Like other high quality rain gear, the suit has durable patches on the inside of the legs to protect the suit from hot engine and exhaust temperatures. There is even a hidden collar pocket for the hood, and the seams are sealed to prevent leaks.
Don't miss out on the chance to own at least one of these two-piece motorcycle rain suits for women. I have found both color offerings to be very attractive and stylish, and recommend the purchase of the suit(s) to compliment any biker woman's wardrobe. Even for women who do not ride, the two-piece motorcycle rain suit is the right choice for practical rain protection in virtually any endeavor. Thank you, Jafrum, for thinking of women and their needs.

Comment: I have been needing a new rain suit and finally ordered this one. It was important for me to have a bright suit so I could be seen on the road. Although I liked the one from Harley, there was no way I was going to pay $275 for a rain suit! This suit from Jafrum is very well made, quality is excellent, and the fit runs true to size. Haven't got to try it out in the rain yet but after trying it on, I don't see where I would have any problems at all. Definitely worth the money and Jafrum proved to be an above average merchant. Thank you!

Comment: I ordered this suit and the fit is awful. Really nice rain suit but the fit is so bad that I am returning. I am 5'4" and weigh 130lbs. I ordered a large and the jacket seems like it would fit over my leathers great but the pants are HUGE!!! They are so long and so big that I would have to wear the suspenders just to keep them on. My husband is 6'5" and weighs about 200lbs and these pants fit him. I feel that even if I return them and order a medium that the pant would still be an issue.
The RS 5020 and 5021 rain suits are made of a lightweight yet durable
waterproof nylon material and come in two colors, high viz yellow and hi-viz
orange. In addition to the hi-viz coloration, visibility is maximized by the
reflective piping that is located at nearly every seam on this suit. They are
available in mens sizes XS thru 3X and womens sizes S thru 5X and are designed
with a full cut to fit easily over your other protective motorcycle gear. The
features of the mens and ladies versions are the same. The cut and sizing are
different, though, to accommodate the differences in our body shapes.
The jacket features a lightweight nylon zipper with a metal pull tab that is
protected from the elements by this channeled hook and loop flap system.
Honestly, I would have liked to see waterproof zippers here to guaranty that
absolutely no water can get in, but this is still an amazing rain suite for the
money. The collar is very tall on this model which is nice because it will
protect your neck, the collar of your other gear, or your balaclava from the
elements. The collar also features an adjustable pull cord at the rear and hides
the removable stow-away collar that can be worn under your helmet to keep the
rain from running down the back of your jacket. You should know, though, that
this hood is a little on the thick side as a result of the mesh comfort liner,
so it may affect the fit of your helmet. I keep separate helmets for inclement
weather riding, and wear a size larger in the cold months to accommodate
balaclavas and rain gear hoods. Finally, there are two hand warmer pockets on
the front with waterproof zippers, and the sleeves feature adjustable hook and
loop straps and stretch panels for a comfortable fit.
The rain suit pants themselves, have features of a pair that cost as much as
this whole suit. They are made of the same durable nylon as the jacket with the
addition of heat resistant denim panels on the insides of the legs. The waist
features a full circumference stretch band for comfort and these removable
stretchy suspenders make sure your pants stay put. The closure system on these
pants is really unique. It features full length two way zippers that allow the
pants to be easily put on and taken off, but also allows easy access to the
pockets of the pants you are wearing beneath the suit. On the back of the pants,
you can see the non-slip panels that have been added to the rear end. The
bottoms of the cuffs feature removable stirrups that hold the cuffs of the pant
legs down, keeping water from running into your boot.
