Comment: This is a good rain suit overall. I've been in 3 rain storms without any major leaks. I would like more slack in the crotch area, for mounting and dismounting my bike; and the heavy material you use on the seat of the pants should be on the front of the shins, because the wind pushes the rain through on long rides. then you would have 5 star rain gear.

TOUR MASTER RAIN SUIT
Comment: EXCELLENT SUIT, COMFOTABLE WORKS GREAT COMMING BACK FRON CANADA GOT CAUGHT JUST AFTER BORDER LOVE IT.
Tourmaster does it again
Comment: Always have liked the Tourmaster brand and this rain suit did not let me down. My old suit would ride up my leg exposing my pant leg. If it rained hard water would run in my boot. The stirrups on these fixed that problem. The suit is comfortable and keeps me dry. I haven't used the hood yet and may never have to with my full face. I got the high vis yellow so others will see me in the rain. Fast shipping and another great experience shopping at Jafrum.
Tourmaster 2-piece is the best choice
Comment: I'm now living in Ireland (LOTS of rain) and have just recieved my second suit. I liked the first one so much, I came back! Comfortable, good fit, not too hot. I really don't like 1-piece suits and would recommend the Tourmaster 2-piece to anyone willing to listen.
Tour Master Rain Suit
Comment: Shipped right on time and was as advertised. Tried it on and it fit perfectly. Would buy again.
Tourmaster Defender Review
Comment: Haven't had to use it yet, but it is well made, and fits great. It appears it will do the job and keep you dry.
Tourmaster Defender Rainsuit Review
Comment: Bought these for my wife and I before going on a 2 week trip to the Appalachian Mtns. They functioned well and kept us dry. These are sized to fit over street clothes. If you want them to fit over your leathers order the next bigger size.
My one complaint is the suspenders are not removable. I cut them off as I didn't need them.

Glad I got it ! Tourmaster Defender Rainsuit Review
Comment: We received our gear on a Monday and started our trip on Tuesday morning. We ran into rain that after noon in Denver and it didn't stop till we arrived home on Wednesday evening. The gear looks good and kept us completely dry. Light weight but still held up well in the 80mph highway wind. We even used it for the outdoor concert at Red Rocks and it kept us completely dry. Glad we made the purchase!
Tour Master Defender Two-Piece Rainsuit Review
Comment: I'm 5'11", weigh 202 lbs, 42" waist, 30" inseam and the XL fits over my jeans and a T-Shirt with a little room to Spare. The pants leg length is just right to cover boots down to top of shoes.
Great Tour Master quality as usual!
Tour Master Defender Two-Piece Rainsuit Review
Comment: I've had this set through summer, fall and now in winter. Two words : bone dry. Fits well even over my jacket. It blocks the wind and rain. I haven't had any leaks anywhere and have used it in light to heavy rains. It rolls up to fit in a small bag so I keep it on my bike at all times so I never have to get stuck under a bridge. Highly recommend this suit, no complaints at all.
High and Dry
Comment: Began wearing this as a wind block in mid 20 temps on my ride to Florida last week. But of course it served it's original purpose well when I found rain. No leaks. Fit was great.
Tour Master Defender Rain Suit Review
Comment: The fit is good and it appears to be of good quality. I haven't had a chance to try it out, since the only storms we've been getting lately, are snow storms with sub zero temperatures. Going by Tour Master's reputation,I am confident that it will keep me dry.
Tourmaster defender rain suit review
Comment: Ordered on Tuesday delivered on Friday. Not a chance to try it yet. Sizing was right on. Material seems tobe very substantial.
Comment: Tour Master Defender rain suit is of high quality. I ordered according to their size chart and rain suit will fit over cool weather riding clothes but could have been next size larger. Only con is that legs have no heat resistant material so be careful around exhaust.

Comment: I live in Ecuador and the rain here is almost all the year, the rain from today was really a storm, but wearing my tour master rain suit I was completely dry inside riding my motorcycle. . Great quality, I am very satisfied and could buy it again if I need it.

Comment: good product good price. Just remember go big.
Comment: Bought these and keep them in my saddle bags. Fit good and as described.
Comment: Great rain suit with shoe stirrups and pants suspenders. I went with the XL, so I do recommend going one size up for movement and comfort. I really like the fit and it kept me dry. This suit is well worth the price, no need to spend$100 on a rrain suit!

Can't wait to use them!
Comment: After reading review after review on rain gear, we finally decided to go with the Tour Master Defender. We ordered exactly as the size chart says.
Glad we did both! They fit perfectly over all of our other gear and are quality rainsuits.
We can't wait to try them out!
We recieved our order within a week. I did have to call customer service about a small issue with my husbands rainsuit (I think it was an exchanged for size, because it was in a differant bag than mine, the tag was hand written, nothing wrong with the suit, just packing bag was missing) they were more than accomidating! 4 days later I had the bag in hand!!
Comment: A word about sizing. I am not sure if you need to
take measurements with your riding gear on or not.
I usually take a xxl in a sweatshirt for example and
that is the size that I needed for this suit. Even at
this, I think it would be tight with riding jacket on.
Excellent for what I was looking for
Comment: First weekend I owned them they came in handy. They were perfect, not too hot and kept me nice and dry. I especially liked the hood to wear under my helmet.

Comment: Good value. Fit was as shown, able to put on over chaps and leather jacket. Easy ordering and quick delivery
Comment: We haven't had to use this suit yet but, I have another suit identical to this one and it was a great purchase. Keep me dry. This suit was bought for my wife. The size was spot on. I checked out all the stitching and it is a well built rain suit. Speaking for the use of MY suit I really like the hood. I recommend this rain suit. I've had my suit for 5 years now and can't imagine wearing a different brand.

Also fit for women
Comment: I'm a petite women living in Costa Rica purchased size XS, the pant is a bit long but other that it fits well, will also use it for my next offshore sailing trip. Very quick delivery, thank you!!
As Described, Great fit
Comment: Ordered for tall man using sizing chart and recommended measurements.
Fits great. Just received so haven't used it yet. Will follow-up. Do like the
material, color and weight.
Dry as a bone
Comment: Just bought this suit and have only worn it once. But so far so good. Kept me dry as can be. The only issue that I have with it is that one of the snaps on the hood enclosure is bad.
Comment: It is too bad this item is discontinued because it really is a quality suit and Jafrum sold it at a great price.
Fantastic Fit and Function
Comment: Early into my scooter riding, about 2010, I had to buy lots of gear and so I bought some really cheap rainsuits. They were okay but they flapped in the wind. No fit to them. They are a great way to start! However when I saw this Tourmaster Rain Suit on sale I bought one following the sizing suggestion and the suggestion that you buy one size higher than necessary to fit over your leather jacket. Anyone can get pretty wet in a cloudburst when suddenly it pours and you are stuck taking off your leather jacket to put on a rain suit. Not only do YOU get wet but so does your leather and leather takes a while to dry.
So I had a chance to try them out last week. The jacket fit so well over my leather that it felt like it was tailored for me. No bagginess. No tight stretches when you raise your hands. I have learned the when the Tourmaster label is on then you get a GREAT QUALITY product! The way the velcro locks around your arm so that your gloves have no problem fitting over the sleeves. I also like the light grey and white reflective material across the shoulders and down each sleeve which makes one very visible when riding. Get one. You will absolutely love it.
Comment: I knew it would be top of the line, at a reasonable price, and it is! I have had other Tour Master gear, and it has never disappointed. This is almost like stealing at these prices. Thanks for a great deal on great gear!!

The Sizing chart for this item is way off.
Comment: I used the sizing chart for this item according to my measurements. The suit I received was way to small. The description says it is sized to fit over motorcycle riding gear. Mine barely fit over my street clothes. Will exchange for a much larger size and try again. Just hate to pay the shipping again. Not much of a bargain now. will try to write a more positive review if I get one that I can use and have a chance to try it out.

Comment: I'm gearing up for touring and wanted to ensure I have all the right waterproofs. I already have some Tourmaster clothing, so when this was reduced it was an obvious choice. I've tried other, 1 piece, suits and was warned off. This combo is awesome. Great fit, style and features. Can't wait for spring!
Tour Master Defender Two-Piece Rainsuit Review
Comment: I ordered a size bigger than the chart suggested to give more room if I was wearing a coat or sweatshirt underneath. It is well made and works great. I got the yellow suit, my buddy said he can see me coming a mile away. What more could one ask?

Tourmaster Defender 2 piece rain suit Review
Comment: The product was shipped timely and arrived as advertised. Fit well according to chart l ordered one size up. I am 6'1' 210 lbs and I ordered the XL and it fit very well. It had all of the necessary add-ons although I would have liked a heat guard on at least the right leg.Packed tight right in the bag provided and although I have not used it yet, I am sure it will do a great job judging by the quality I observed.
Tourmaster Defender Rainsuit Review
Comment: Outstanding rain suit. Fit is perfect and keeps rain out. I especially like the double zippers - very handy. Product was delivered very quick and packaged well. I would recommend this suit to anyone interested in staying dry on bike.
Comment: I had trouble determining the correct size from the chart as it didn't seem to match the reviews. I ordered the xxl to fit over a xxl leather jacket which was perfect. I have not even ridden with it on yet but am no stranger to riding 300 miles in a day in the rain. It appears to be just what I was looking for. It has a few features not mentioned in the description. It has a waterproof pocket zipper, a zipper under the velcro up the front, zippered legs, and an included storage bag with zipper. The pants will go on & off over boots. The underarm vent holes are small and only one under each arm. The suit does not appear to breathe so it may be a bit much in a warm rain. Overall it would be hard to beat this value as it was a closeout.
good value rain gear
Comment: I went by the other reviews instead of the sizing chart. I bought a xxl to go over a xxl leather jacket which turned out to be perfect. I have not worn it and am only reviewing it now because I got a request to submit one. I can say any concern about a little extra length in the inseam goes away when you sit down. I have a 31" inseam and might have trouble straddling my bike if the (xxl) pants were much shorter. It appears to be a good suit based only on haven ridden in the rain all day in other suits.
My husband needed rain gear and wanted something with suspenders on the pants so I purchased this outfit. The size was true to the markings but the pant legs did not have a pad to protect from the tail pipe heat. He ended up burning a hole in the leg and I had to get a couple of patched to repair the pants. The jacket was fine and the suit worked well in the rain storm, and stores compactly in his saddle bags.
The price was rig and I was pleased with Tour Masters boot covers I had previously purchased. This rain gear is JUNK. Don't waste your money. I was soaking wet after wearing this in light to moderate rain.
Is there a heat on the pant legs ? Or has anybody had any problems with the melting on their pipes ?
A shopper on Feb 1, 2015
Best Answer:I would have to answer it this way: NO! But then again if a person puts their leg against a hot pipe, they deserve to get the pants melted, besides if it is raining the pants legs should be wet and that should help to prevent harming the pants. But, then agin there are those that could mess up an anvil with a rubber mallet!
No heat shield on the pant leg. If it touchs the pipes it will melt. It's an inexpensvie suit, good for that short trip when your already away from home. You will sweat too, especially in a summer rain.
Best Answer:Enter I'm 5'11" weigh 190 with a 38 waist, 30 inseam. I ordered the L with the 32.5 inseam to make sure they goes over boots. Fits just right. If everyone that reads these, would comment and leave the sizes they end up with, it would really help others: But most people only care about themselves! They will read the comments: but won't bother to leave one! an answer to this question.
Best Answer:If in question, go to a Bike shop in your area that has the same product and look at the gear there, before you buy on line. Then items will fit and you won't have to be shipped back at a your cost. It may seem a little unfair to the bike shop, but you can also check prices and see that you are getting a great deal buying from Jafrum! I comparison shop all the time and Jafrum usually can't be beat!
I said "Then items will fit and you won't have to be shipped back at a your cost". I meant item won't have to be shipped back at a your cost: not you! Sorry! Another note though: Make sure that the pants are way to long when standing straight, because when he bends his knees the pant legs ride up over boots or whatever is on the "feetzies"!
Best Answer:Of course there is material for the seat of the pants. if not, there would be holes in the pants and water would get in! If you are asking if the seat of the pants area is reinforced, the answer is in the rain gear’s pants section description: “Pants feature a high-density nylon seat panel to minimize slipping and add strength.” I haven't had to use the suit yet, but it is well made and should do the job of rain protection and it could also be used if the weather turns cool and you need a little bit of wind breaker or a little extra warmth, because it does not take up much room in the panniers or saddle bags!
