Comment: Well made, fits like I expected. I wanted the forward strap attachments because some are located further back and tend to allow the helmet to slide back on your head while riding. Be aware that this helmet has a small vent on the front that's not mentioned or displayed. The strap rivets are shiny and you can just paint them if you want.

Comment: Firstly, let me say that in my pursuit of a low profile half helmet, I have been left cold and angry. There are simply not DOT half helmets that will look like what we all want. Period. This helmet, however, comes the closest! It's narrow sides give a smaller look from the front and it ended up being (after four different attempts at finding a helmet that looks and feels right) the lowest profile DOT half helmet I could find! The only problem is the comfort. It is NOT the most comfortable to wear. The straps are oddly placed and choke me a bit. Next to the Gmax GM55, this helmet is like wearing a sauce pan...it is not a comfy helmet, but if you want that low profile look, the others just do not match up.

Comment: Looked long and hard for a helmet that wasn't too bulky, and would stay in place. Took this helmet out for a 70mph run without a windsheild, and it stayed put. As good as a dot helmet gets. Jafrum shipping was great! Would recommend this helmet!

Comment: After 14 yrs. in a novelty helmet I bought a Vega helmet. I was in a serious accident and smacked my forehead on the road. It took a lot of paint off the helmet, other than a slight concussion I walked away! It now sits like a trophy on my mantle.

Comment: Just got this helmet in and I love it . I ordered this helmet and it's right on the money . The mushroom effect is minimal for a DOT helmet and the fit is perfect. The chin strap is long and I don't want to cut it because it has a snap on the end to keep it from flapping in the wind . Thats the only issue I have with this helmet. I'm from Arkansas , so I don't have to wear a helmet , but the wife wants me too since I make her wear one with her scooter . I believe I will be able to wear this comfortably . I'll give it and jafrum 5 stars

Comment: Like most of you I have done extensive research on low profile helmets. My head size measured 62 cm and some reviews said the helmet sizing runs big, so against my better judgement I ordered the XL. Unfortunately that left me with pressure points just above the ears. Which leads me to my explanation of the helmet 4 star rating; nice helmet, looks good, minimizes mushroom head, does fit oval heads best, workmanship appears very good, but you better be absolutely sure of your size. If you pick wrong, you are paying shipping again.
