These pants are great for the money. My legs were the warmest part of my body the last time I rode on a very cold morning, I would recommend them highly.

I haven’t had a chance to wear the pants yet it’s still warm here in Cary NC. They do appear to be well made and believe they will be fine for my needs.
I bought these pants just prior to a 4 day 1500 mile bike trip. When delivered one hip pad was missing and the other did not fit properly in the "pouch". This was immediately rectified by Jafrum Customer Service as they quickly shipped out the proper the hip pads. When I left on the bike trip it was 39 degree F, two days later it hit a high of 81 degrees F. The pants were very comfortable in both conditions (with the thermal liner in for colder weather and out for warmer). I only gave these a four stars because they are a bit on the short side for me but I am 6'2". Overall I am very satisfied given the VERY reasonable price and the very responsive customer service.
I did try them on the fit. Better than expected. Haven't ridden with them yet. But they feel good while wearing around to see how they feel. Good product.
"TOTALLY in love with my purchase!"
Ordered these for those days that the temps were not really cold, have worn them in the upper 30's and they are exactly why I ordered them. I have heavier insulated pants that I ordered from Jafrum that have been excellent in very cold temps. so these were for cooler days and they are what I wanted. Sizing and fit spot on. I ordered the 34 short. Super price and service. If I need anything motorcycle I check Jafrum first and 99% of the time I look no more, they have what I want and backed by awesome service.
The pants are very comfortable with adequate protection - just in case of a fall. Being all weather makes it usable all through the year. I was also very happy with the timely delivery.
These are great pants for the money. They are constructed very well. I was concerned that the 2XL would be too big but, they fit almost perfectly over my jeans. The only complaint I have about these is, the inseam could be an inch or 2 longer and, I can't put them on with my boots on. Other than that, they are very nice pants. I would recommend these to anyone wanting some great protective pants at a low cost.
Still a little warm here but wore them this morning with insulation insert out at 65 degrees, no air penetration. I wore them as over pants, one draw back is you have to take your boots off to slide them over, legs are not flared enough to keep your boots on, the armor plates wear good, flexible enough. The cinch buckles on the waist are easy to cinch up and release.
they make you look like an astronaut with their kind of strange stylebut they're very warm and dry
Pants fit perfect, comfortable, well-made and very happy with this purchase.
Great product but didn't fit me. Sent them back.
These pants are very warm. love that the liner is removable. :o) Great Price and fast shipping!! Thank you!!
Perfect fit winter pants. Length and waist is perfect and zip out quilted lining is very warm. These pants were worn at 36 degrees and were warm all day. I am sure w/o the quilted lining they will be perfect in the Spring, Summer and Fall. Half the price of other brand pants and better fit with hip pads. These pants are an absolute "Steal" at $60. Buy them you will not be sorry.
Great pants. Good price.
They arrived yesterday complete with a return form to Jafrum. I have dealt with Jafrum many times over the past years. NEVER HAD TO USE THE RETURN FORM. As for the pants, I am rapped. The Fit great. The quality is A1. The price, what can I say I have money left in my pocket. Value For Money. As for Safety the Armor will help to save my 73 year old skin if I get hit by someone else. I don't have any intention of dropping my Thunderbird 1600. Jafrum keep up the Great Service.
Very nice pants for the money! I live in Ohio and have been riding in 30* weather with these pants and actually have been too warm. I removed the liner for 30* and up. Great Buy!
Comfortable, great fit, love 'em!
This is not my first purchase of these motorcycle pants. You can't beat them for the price! Well constructed and very roomy for over other pants. They do run very large.
I'm wearing these pants for riding my cruiser when the weather gets cold and they are very effective in keeping me warm. Highly recommended - peace!
The LP2821 Riding Pants is one of the best values in riding pants you’ll find. Similar name brand pants can go for more than three times the money. They’re made of a high grade, water resistant poly-nylon blend with reinforced ballistic panels in the knees. They come in black and are available in sizes extra small thru five-X. and are sized to be worn as regular pair of pants. If you would like to wear these as overpants, measure your waist while wearing whatever you plan on wearing under your riding pants. Billy B.A., here, is 5”10”, 160, with a 32” waist, and is wearing a size medium with no jeans on underneath and the liner installed.
They’ve really nailed the feature design on the 2821’s. This pant design accommodates all different shapes of riders and different riding positions, as a result of the belt adjusted stretch panels on each side of the waist, as well as the stretch panels in the upper seat and the knees.
They have also done a very good job of keeping the water out, despite the lack of waterproof zippers. The main closer is protected on the outside by this combination snap and hook and loop cover flap. Inside the zipper is a gusset that’s waterproof thanks to the taped seam liner that is found throughout the pants. On either side of the fly, are flap protected zippered pockets for storage.
The zippered gusset design can also be found at the cuffs. This feature’s simplicity really helps keep the water out and the price down, but the lack of a full leg closure makes this model less suitable as an over pant, because they are going to be pretty tedious to get on and off with jeans on.
Protection is also ample on the 2821’s. There is memory foam padding in the hips, CE approved armor in the knees, and reflective piping for added nighttime visibility. On the back of the pants, a zippered panel has been added to allow the pants to be attached to your riding jacket. This helps to keep the skin of your lower back covered and protected in a crash.
Inside the waist, you can see the zipper for removing the quilted thermal liner. To get the liner out, you will also need to unsnap the liner at the cuffs.
