Tucker has not worn it yet, but he was very happy with the fit & material. Was easy to get on & very comfortable over his clothes.
Swift delivery. Item was as described. Easy to get on and out off. I haven't yet had occasion to wear it in rain, but I expect it will do the job of keeping me dry.
It's a great rain suit for the price, you can't beat it.
Received my rain suit in short order. Have not used it yet but it appears to be very well made for the price I paid. Fit a little on the large side but that is good in case have full armor and chaps on it will still fit over. Very satisfied.
I received the items & sizes are true to listing. Have not tried the rainsuits in the weather as to date. Ordered for a trip the 1st of June to Kentucky.
Looks good and fits over the leather jacket but I have not had to use it yet and really hope I never do have to use it.
I recently bought this rain gear for my husband. He has not used it yet but he did try it on. He's tall, slim and has long arms. He got the L and it fit. The quality of the material is great.
Good quality and decent price, just what I needed.
This rain gear is all that the video explains just follow the chart for your size and you'll have some good rain gear for the rainy ride.
I have not had to use yet but the fitment is spot on and very well made. I can't wait to wear them.
I haven't had a chance to try it in the rain yet. The suit seems to be of excellent quality at a very affordable price. Nice fit, it seems to be very comfortable and I can't wait to try it in the rain.
First off, the shipping was incredibly fast. Received my order within a few days of ordering. I had to use this gear only a few days after receiving it. We have had a lot of rain here recently and this day was a washout. At the time I was riding, it was a good, steady downpour and I got to my destination dry. Be careful when sizing, as these are made larger to fit over layers of clothes in colder weather, which works out great. I'm 5 foot 6 and ordered a small. It fits in regular clothes but still has plenty of room in case I need to bulk on more clothes. If you're a rider in any weather situation like me, this one is worth the investment.
Every part of this transaction was great, The price was very reasonable for the suit we purchased. I would truly recommend this.
Ordered a XS; I normally wear about a womans MED. Suite did well to keep me dry at Sturgis this year. Only complaint is that one velcro tab at wrist broke off right away and it would have been nice for leg openings to have zipper openings for easy pull over boots. Good product for the price.
chart sizing helped out alot also i thought it would be cheaply made for the price but its not.have not had top use it yet but i'm sure it will work well.
These rain suits are awesome, especially for the price. We live in the Desert of Arizona and am getting ready to start our Monsoon season where we can have downpours at moments so these will come in handy.
Motorcycle Rain Gear - Waterproof Rain Coat with Hood RS5005 runs on the big size for me especially the top, great item to have
Bought this suit with not the highest expectations. I am MORE than pleased. It kept me dry thru some of the hardest rain that I've gotten stuck in. GREAT BUY!
i got this gear for seattle weather and it works great i am 6 ft about 180 lbs i got a med and the pants fit good and the coat fits well with a light shirt or coat you cant fit anything heavy under it. Jafrum and this gear get all thumbs up!!!!!
A rain suit is a necessary item in any rider's apparel collection. Even if you don't ever plan on riding in the rain, there are some things that are simply not in your control. If you have ever gotten soaked to the bone with cold rain 30 or more miles away from home, you probably already own one of these. Rain suits are made in a variety of styles and materials most of which are available on our website, Jafrum.com
The Thunder Under RS5000 two piece rainsuit is made from nylon. Nylon is a good fabric for a rainsuit because it is lightweight, easy to pack, and somewhat breathable. It can also be very reasonably priced. This complete suit with all of the features I'm about to show you is on sale on Jafrum.com for sub sixty bucks. The only downsides to nylon as a rainsuit fabric are that it is not flexible, most rainsuits aren't flexible, and it doesn't hold up to sunlight very well. All that means to you the rider is that you don't want to lay it out in the sun for extended periods of time to dry. If you take proper care of a nylon suit it will provide you with protection from the elements for many years and miles.
This rainsuit has just about every feature available in this type of apparel, and It is available in five color ways. All the suits are mostly black with accent color choices of orange, yellow, blue, red, and gray.
Let's take a closer look at the three quarter length jacket. This jacket has a durable plastic zipper that is covered by these dual panels and secured with a hook and loop system to ensure a waterproof closure. All the seams are tape sealed as well to keep the water out. There is a hidden hood in the collar to keep water from running down your neck into the jacket. The look is very clean because there are no pockets, waist adjusters, or stretch panels on this jacket. They left the stretch areas off the sleeves as well as some folks do not like the feeling against their skin for extended periods. There is a hook and loop type adjuster though for a secure fit.
The interior of the jacket has been equipped with a mesh lining. This will help wick moisture away from your skin and also keep the rain gear from sticking to your skin when you start to sweat.
Now let's get a look at the pants. The waist of the pants is stretchy all the way around and has a draw string for adjustability. The cuffs of the legs are also adjustable with zippered expanders and waterproof gussets. The pocket on the pants has a full width hook and loop closure system and is almost completely waterproof. There are reinforced panels in high wear areas on the both the backside and also on the legs where the fabric can come into high heat areas of the bike and rub on footpegs. The legs also have removable stirups to help keep your pantlegs from riding up and letting water into your boots. These pants do not have the mesh lining found in the jacket.
