Effective for orders placed on or after Nov 1, 2006
Jafrum values your business and always attempts to provide you the very best of service. Jafrum International Inc. warrants each new manufactured item sold to be free from defects in material, workmanship and construction and that when used in accordance with the owner's manual (if available) will perform to applicable specifications for a period of two years after the original date of purchase. For this warranty to apply, purchases must have been made directly from Jafrum International Inc. and proof of purchase (the original order number) is required. If no order number is provided, the item cannot be returned for repair/replacement. Purchases made through unauthorized dealers are NOT covered under our warranty. Only authentic Jafrum International Inc. products will be warranted. If examination by Jafrum International Inc. discloses that the product has been defective, then our obligation is limited to repair or replacement, at our option, of the defective unit or its components. Jafrum International Inc. is not responsible for products which have been subject to normal wear and tear, misuse, alteration, accident or for repairs not performed by Jafrum International Inc. Improper fit is not covered under warranty. It is the responsibility of the wearer to obtain a proper fit at the time of purchase and any fit problems must be addressed to Jafrum International Inc. within the standard return policy time frame, but must be returned in new condition with the tags still attached. Items under warranty, if exchanged will only be exchanged for the exact same item, size/color substitutions will not be allowed. Should an item be required to be replaced under warranty, every effort will be made to replace the exact model, design and color combination. However, should an exact replacement not be available in a timely fashion, an alternate choice of equal value will be offered to the consumer and supplied if so authorized. All warranty returns must be shipped properly packed and prepaid to Jafrum International Inc. Jafrum International Inc. shall return via prepaid UPS ground or USPS, unless otherwise instructed and agreed upon by Jafrum International Inc. in writing, for which any additional shipping charges will be the responsibility of the consumer. Prior to returning the merchandise, the customer must call Jafrum International Inc. at 877-GO HELMET and request for warranty replacement. At that time, a Return Authorization Number will be issued. Each shipment must have the return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of each box. Shipments without a return authorization number will not be accepted and returned to sender. Jafrum International Inc. shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from any breach of warranty.
