How To Return your new, unused merchandise for a Refund
Please login to "My Account" at www.jafrum.com and click on "Return Order". Or Click on "See Orders" and then find your order and click "Return order" button. Once you complete this process and the return request is approved by us we will send RMA number and instructions by email.

For exchanges, please return for refund and place a new order.

For warranty / defective merchandise or for wrong items received, please call us.
