I bought this helmet for use on my Honda PCX150. I have the breath box installed right now and it works perfectly, little to no fogging. I bought an XS and it fits great. Very good product. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Fly Tourist Helmet Sizing
Helmet Sizing Information. To achieve proper helmet fitment, begin by finding your head circumference size using the method described below. Remember that the helmet sizing you choose should fit around the crown of your head comfortably with no pressure points. The cheekpads should fit firmly around your face. Once your chin strap is fastened, grab the chin bar of the helmet and move it side to side. Your cheeks should move with the helmet, which should not slide across your face. Different thickness cheekpads can be purchased to obtain the perfect fit.
Head Measurement Instructions.Wrap flexible tape measure around your head approximately on inch above eyebrows and ears. Use this measurement (in either inches or centimeters) to find your helmet size in the chart below.

The helmet seems to be of good quality. I originally ordered an XL, but it was way too tight so I sent it back and ordered an XXL. The XXL fits much better. The turn around time from Jafrum was less than a week which is awesome. I can't believe that my head is so big that I need an XXL! I am looking forward to getting out on my ATV on trails in the woods.
Comfortable helmet. Great visibility. Tight fit to get on and off though, but feels good when wearing.
I love the helmets versatility in being able to transform into different kinds of helmets. Very well made and looks like something you'd see on the last Tron movie with the dark shield. The fitment is ok. Listen to all the other reviews on buying a size bigger. I bought an "XXL" and wear in most from a "L" to an "XL" so you'll for sure go up at least one size on this. The helmet has to be pulled apart a little more than most but once it's on is a good fit. Secure and pretty aggressive looking. Has a lot of attachments and worth the money.
Only one thing is not so great... getting replacement parts. Isn't easy, and as a closeout item will only get harder to get.
But worth every penny.
Love this helmet. Use it on a daily basis and have nothing but positive things to say about it. This helmet is usable for every season with the features it has.
Purchased this helmet online, taking a gamble as I have never seen this make and model in stores. I really like the overly-large visor as it appeared to allow for a wider range of vision. I read that these helmets ran small so I ordered one size up to an XL. (I normally wear a L)
Quick shipping and this helmet includes everything! Clear visor, dark visor, helmet bag, cold-weather neck and nose insert, and rubber stops to place inside the chin guard holes should you choose to go 3/4.
I want to give this helmet a 5-Star but because it runs WAYYYYY smaller I'll take a star off. I should have ordered an 2XL although the XL is very tight to get on and off, once it's on it feels very good...again, just a tad bit too tight. (It's really the taking on/off that rips your ears!)
The Fly Tourist is a $100 helmet. It should do the job should you ever go down and it's light-weight, which could mean less protection. I really like the color (blue) and being able to ride in the hot Florida weather without the chin guard can be a plus. It's stylish, sleek and very airy with all of the vents open. I ride a dark blue CTX and, although they aren't matching colors, I like the blue as it really does compliment the cycle.
I would definitely buy another one of these helmets! Price is right, style is great and the colors are very nice! If you chose to purchase the Fly Tourist I strongly recommend 2 sizes higher! I know it may not sound kosher but it's accurate!
The Fly Tourist is DOT approved and features a thermoplastic poly alloy shell. It’s available in sizes XS – XXL and there’s a size chart on the listing to help establish your fit. Unfortunately, I found it to be just a little off. The helmet is very round in shape, so I would typically go up a size and add thicker cheek pads to accommodate my long oval head shape. My 23 ½ inch head should fit in a large according to the chart. So, I would typically go up to an XL for comfort, but I’m nowhere near fitting into this large. I would have to go up at least two sizes. Riders with very round heads should have no problem going up one size, though.
The Fly Tourist is recognized all over the motorcycle community as being one of the best values around. There are other, very similar helmets on the market. But, this Tourist has some added features that are definitely tough to beat. This helmet falls into the popular hybrid category, meaning it has features from more than one style of helmet. This helmet, as it sits, offers much of the air management, and some of the debris protection of a full face helmet. For the higher airflow of a three quarter, or open face helmet, you can simply remove this chin bar using these two sliders.
When riding without the chinbar, install these included plugs into the shell to quiet some of the wind noise. You can also replace the faceshield with a peak visor for a completely unobstructed riding experience. On sunny days, you can replace the clear faceshield with a smoke version. Removing the face shield is really simple. First, lift the faceshield all the way to the most raised position. Then, depress this small button and slide this lever to the down position. The shield will practically come off of the side plate by itself. Repeat the process for the other side of the helmet. To reinstall the shield, Line up the tabs on the shield and base plate and press firmly on the shield while sliding the lever back into the up position until it clicks. The same process is used for installing and/or removing the peak visor.
What makes this helmet such a fantastic value, is that all of these extra accessories are included. There is nothing extra to buy. These added features are also a little bit nicer than some from competitors. For example, the chinbar included with the Tourist is painted to match the rest of the helmet, where the chin bar for a similar helmet from another brand is purchased separately and is available in unfinished black only. This chin bar feature is also the mounting platform for the included breath box and chin curtain. To add the breath box, you remove this screw in the center of the chinbar and slide the breath box behind this padding. Line up the center holes and replace the screw. You are now ready for some serious cold weather riding. If, even with the breath box installed, you are still experiencing issues with fog, Fly offers anti fog coated versions of both the clear and smoke face shields. They even offer dual pane shields for extreme conditions.
The next feature I want to take a look at is the ventilation. There is no room for shield fog venting in the chin bar, it isn’t tall enough. So, if you ride in damp weather, but it’s too warm for the breath box, you will want to upgrade to the fog free shield.
The shell has excellent ventilation, though, with three position vents on the front and on the rear, with additional exhaust ports here, here, and here.
The liner is also very good. It is removable and washable with Coolmax material to wick the moisture off of your head so that the ventilation can remove it from the helmet. The liner pieces are standard snap type, and remove with a simple tug. The cheek pads have extra-large ear holes, and feature pockets for easy installation of a Bluetooth communication device.
