• What are the requirements to be a wholesaler?

In order to be approved for a wholesale account with Jafrum, we require you to complete the online application and forward proof of business to us. We request that you own/operate/manage a business that relates to motorcycles or leather apparel.

• How do I obtain a wholesale application?

 Wholesale applications can be found on www.jafrum.com. Under the Help link, please click on Wholesale Account Setup and follow the links. You may also use the following link to take you directly to the application:

After you submit your application, you will receive a follow-up email asking you to submit proof such as a copy of your business card, your resale license, your tax ID, a copy of a business utility bill, a copy of a voided check, etc…

• Is there a minimum order?

A minimum order is not required for those that have completed the online application and submitted the appropriate documents. If we feel that the submitted documents do not verify your business, in relation to ours, we may request a minimum order from you. If so, you will be notified of this status via email.

• How long does it take to be approved for a Jafrum wholesale account?

Once your completed online application is submitted and you have forwarded us copies of the requested information, it generally can take up to five business days for review. You will be notified of your account status via email. Please make sure to add to your email address book to make sure that all emails sent from Jafrum are delivered in your Inbox.

• Do you offer drop shipping?

We can drop ship the items for you. We charge a $3.00 fee for each drop ship order. Your customer will generally receive a packing slip with your company information located on it; however the item will arrive in a Jafrum box. If your customer has any questions or problems, they need to contact you directly to rectify the problem.

• Is free shipping offered for wholesalers?

Our free shipping offers are only available to Jafrum retail customers, unless otherwise noted. All wholesalers must select ‘FedEx Ground for Resellers’. If this option is not selected, we will automatically bill your card for the additional amount required for shipping using the ‘FedEx Ground for Resellers’ option.

• Are wholesalers able to use coupon codes?

As a wholesaler, we are extending terrific prices to you. Unfortunately, wholesalers cannot take advantage of any coupon codes that we may periodically offer.

• What is your return policy for wholesalers?

Our wholesalers/drop shippers generally follow the same return policy that the Jafrum retail customers follow. The details of the return policies can be found on the following link:

For drop shippers, the wholesaler’s customer must return the item back to you and then you must return the item back to Jafrum with the completed return form for accurate processing and to avoid additional fees.

• Do you charge a restocking fee?

Restocking fees are only charged for wholesalers/drop shippers whose customers send the item back to Jafrum. If you are a drop shipper and your customer returns the package back to Jafrum, instead of returning the package back to you, we charge a $5.00 fee for refunds, which will automatically be deducted from the refund, and we charge shipping and handling charges if your customer opts for an exchange. In order to avoid these fees, please have your customer return the item back to you and then you can send the item back to Jafrum, with the completed return form found on www.jafrum.com.

• How do I obtain a list of wholesale prices?

To obtain the wholesale prices, please click the link or the picture of each item to view the description. In the description of the item, you will see the Quantity Pricing. Under the Quantity Pricing, it will indicate the Wholesale Price. Please note that most items are available for discounted pricing however not all Jafrum items are available Wholesale/Quantity Pricing.

• May I use your pictures/descriptions for my own website?
